Nice to have
Needed something to keep matches in safely by the fire place. This metal match storage box does the job of holding the matches. However, the strike holder at the back has already worn away. Although I have had it a few months and used the strike roughly 15 times..I have no idea how to replace the strike sheet, so currently using a empty match box to strike the matches.

Very nice product.
An attractive little metal container at a reasonable price which matches the similar but larger one from the same manufacturer that I have for my firelighters. Both look neat by the fireplace which houses my woodburner stove.The matches to fit as shown in the picture are the "extra long" as made by Bryant & May for example. These are about 95mm in length. I don't use the striker on the back of the container because it will wear out and be a hassle to replace. So I keep the whole matchbox in it rather than loose matches as shown in the picture, and just take it out to extract and strike a match. A box, which is 110 mm in length, fits perfectly.
