I do volunteer work with several disabled veterans. Putting this trolley system together was definitely needed for two of the veterans that were in wheelchairs. It made it so much easier for them and more enjoyable to learn how to work on small engines not to mention, giving them a reason to get out of the house and feel fully capable of repairing small engines for their own personal use or repair them, and sell them for an additional small income.

This strut channel track is very sturdy and properly sized. It is better quality than the price would suggest. We used it, channeled into in an outdoor lifting crane for our barn and it works perfectly!

Works great

The media could not be loaded. I finally got around to installing my hoist and I decided to go with a trolley system instead installing the struct directly to the ceiling (using strut brackets instead). The strut itself (if not using a trolly) is great.. I then found out it the internal size was both not wide enough and not tall enough to fit a standard 1 5/8 trolly system. Notice that one of the "lips" is longer, which is what prevents the 1 1/8 trolly wheel from going in. The other issue is the width where it is too narrow. Since I waited awhile to use this I cant send it back, so I'll have to use it for something else.. I didnt notice the other video when I bought this that someone posted the same issue..

Why only 4 ft? I would have bought 8 ft lengths
