Took this on a vacation to use while being the passenger princess. Worked out great! Light weight but sturdy.

Absolutely love this to put my laptop on and work while sitting on the couch or on the bed. It has clips that help hold the laptop although it does not secure it. It has many different positions you can change it to. Just very comfortable and helps me be more productive during the day!

UPDATE: Removed one star because the small plastic piece that connects the top table to the bottom supports broke off way too easily, within a month. The kids still use it ALL the time in the car and at home.ORIGINAL REVIEW: We bought one to try out for long car rides. The kids have been fighting over it to use for their tablets, books and writing. I see that as a good sign. Today we went to an appointment and my son brought the thing into the waiting room so he could set himself up with his tablet on the stand. It was cute - and a good use of it. I agree with other reviewers that it's not easy to take apart so it's best left in one piece. Which is "fine" for our purposes but would be better if it were easy to take apart and put back together comfortably. I also agree with reviewers that this would not be sturdy on a soft mattress. Works great in the car and on hard surfaces.

My husband was having trouble with his neck getting sore while sitting in his recliner and looking down to his computer in his lap. This had made a huge difference to him and he no longer has a sore neck. Well worth the money and much more useful than we had expected.UPDATE 2/17/24THIS HAS NOW BROKEN EXACTLY WHERE OTHERS HAVE COMPLAINED IT BREAKS. HUSBAND TRIED TO GLUE IT BUT IT WON'T HOLD.

I liked how easy it was to put together and that it was light weight. A different approach to laptop desks. Have used it sitting in a Lazyboy chair and it works perfect.

I have been spending a lot of time sitting on the couch with my feet up since a botched surgery a couple of years ago so I have spent a lot of time on my tablet doing research work and reading. I don't know how I did it all this time without this. It has made things so much easier, in fact I am using it right now to write this review. I like the pop-up tabs that support my tablet, phone or whatever I need at the moment. It is adjustable to any angle that you need it to be and fairly easy to put together although I had to have my husband snap one of the pieces together since I didn't have the strength. I highly recommend this to anyone, couchbound or not.

I do a lot of computer work while I am on the recliner watching TV. I have back problems and it is very bad to look down on a computer so I wanted something that would raise it up some. This product was just the answer. I was concerned that it would not be sturdy and hard to hold up with the base between my legs but I was happy to see that it is very sturdy. I also like that it will fold up easily. I have a 14 inch MacBook pro and it fits perfectly. Well worth the price.

Ordered this product to help keep the kids necks in a better alignment while using phones or tablets. This product is useless for that purpose because it does not extend up anywhere near high enough and their necks are still tilting down. The design does not give sufficient height to prevent an unnatural neck strain that can lead to neck/back/shoulder pain, neck humps, headaches, in adults and starting at childhood working on good posture, even while playing with electronics is important. Would not recommend. Would like to return but I threw the boxes away hastily.

The media could not be loaded.  Worst Product, very light weight plastic and cost is too high according to the quality, and I have made a return request from almost 7 days no one came for pickup. When I talk with customer care they told when seller approve this request then only we can proceed with return, ordering this item is waste of time money.
