It is a great heating garment, I find the medium setting to be plenty warm. It is comfortable to wear, and not too heavy. Especially helps when pain meds are wearing off, or when you want to avoid them during sleep. I wear it under my jacket, and thus look like a football player, but that isn't a problem, as my jackets are large anyway.The battery seems to have a reasonably long life, but it came charged, and now is recharging. There is a power button on the battery itself, that when pressed will tell you how much charge is in the battery.Now my pet peeve, is that they don't use persons who know and understand English to create the "instruction sheet", so you are on your own as far as understanding what is being said.

My biggest issue is with the battery, it has a short life span almost making it a nessessity to buy a 2nd one. When fully discharged, it takes over 9 hours to fully recharge. Since this is my first one, can't vouch for the dandling ties and loops used to secure the wrap. Haven't found a satisfactory combination to secure the warmer. Another issue for me is that the collar portion is to short leaving the nape of the neck cold. All sre not detractor to keep it, just personal gripes.

I needed something to help relieve my muscle aches in my shoulders and neck. With bad discs in my neck I'm plagued with aches & pains. I'm sitting at a desk all day and it is difficult to work with a corded heating pad. Tried the temporary heating pads like Therma Care. They are good for a short time but loose their heat after a while. This is just what I needed. It has multiple heat settings and very easy to use. Like the fact that it is weighted but not overly weighted. This is just perfect for my needs.

The battery provided with this failed completely within six months. Ordered a replacement and when it came it had the Vofuoti brand on it and it was significantly different than the one provided with the original shipment (amp/wattage). The heating pad itself is excellent but the provided battery was clearly not.

Love that it's potable, you put it on, turn it on and can walk around with it. Doesn't charge for too long but nice to use around house or in car after work.

This thing was amazing at first! Then i got sick in December, and tho it saved me, it stopped working well after I washed it. So super bummed. Not worth under a years time of ownership and only about 2.5 months of use.

Wish the battery lasted longer, otherwise it’s great.can another battery be sent out?
