Use them daily. They are just as I expected.

Buying for a wedding gift. Was on the register but not available in the store they registered in. Amazon came through once again. Price was great. Two more mugs than what they registered for, price fit our budget. Packaged nice and snug. No breakage upon arrival. Timely delivery to our door. Would buy again, maybe for myself!!!

the plates are not microwave safe. Already two crack on half on two minute setting

Plates are just what I wanted. Even though they packed them wonderfully one was still chipped. Beware you may not get as many usable plates as they advertise. Amazon has made it such a pain to contact anyone I wonder why bother. I also don’t want to ship all the plates back. Just send me one plate.

Very sturdy, love how they feel....had a set and broke one, so bought 4 more as local store no longer carried them

Plates arrived shattered. Company requested that pictures be sent of the damage. After several pictures taken along with the order number the company continued to give me the run around claiming that I did not include the order # with pictures.It was obviously a delay tactic for me to give up. I gave up probably as most people do. The customer service of this company is very shameful. Not recommeded as the company is not trustworthy.

The cups were not for coffee like I was told they were way to small very disappointed there’s no value if you can’t use them and I even made a call to make sure they were regular coffee cups !!
