After about 1 month the silver name plate fell off, and a few months after that the strap wouldn't stay in place

Wish it had more pockets...but very compact and easy to carry.

I liked this backpack a lot. I used it about 3 months when the plastic piece used to adjust the length of the straps just broke. I picked it up by the top handle and slipped the strap over my arm and it broke. It was good quality otherwise.

I really loved this backpack when I first got it, it broke but the seller was awesome and sent me a new one for free
