The hose is fantastic. It twists in every direction and has just the right length. For me, by far the best shower hose on the market.

I always say you can't go wrong with Hansgrohe. A good price for a quality product. My old hose was leaking of which brand I don't remember. This one looks great with my high quality chrome shower stuff and installed easily with no leaks. Note that the long fitting is the shower head side and had 2 rubber washers in it . Take the one out and install in the short end before hooking up to shower plumbing.

I bought this a long time ago and it's still holding up today. Long story short, I've gone through a number of home improvement store purchased shower hoses for my hand held shower heads, and I find that the laminated coil types will inevitably spring a leak in the vinyl laminate if you twist them enough through everyday usage. This hose is the perfect solution - it's solid rubber so it won't spring a pin hole leak unless you, of course, puncture it with a pin. It's also very long relative to other hoses, which is great for rinsing off lower extremities and rinsing a bath enclosure from wall to wall. And for the length of hose, what I paid for it and for how long it's held up, this hose was a great deal. Totally recommended.

Hose is OEM quality made, used to replace an identical hose that was 21 years old! But Hansgrohe cheaped out and only includes one of the two washers needed for a leak-free fit (they used to include 2.) I had to reuse one of the old washers to get a leak-free seal. The OEM version of these washers is difficult to source and expensive. Come on, Hansgrohe, step up your game and supply everything the customer needs to finish the job right!

If you are looking to buy a shower hose for the last time, this is the one to purchase!!! I was very frustrated on having to buy a shower hose on average once/twice a year due to the connectors snapping, or the hose busting. This may cost a little more up front, but spend the money and forget about having to replace it down the road!! The connectors are designed with an extreme ruggedness to them. They will not snap if you overtighten it. The connectors and the quality of the hose make this a must buy!!!

I have a number of Grohe and Hansgrohe products. They are excellent quality and attractive design. I purchased the first (faucets) 16 years years ago and can attest that Customer service for these products is wonderful!

外箱に簡単な解説があるだけのシンプルなつくりではあるが、問題なく設置できる。器具もいらず取り換え容易。取り付けた当初、水漏れがあるので焦ったが、きちんと必要なパッキンを取り付けていなかっただけ。取り付けたら問題なく使えた。こんなに簡単なら、古いホースをサッサと取り換えればよかった。ホースは、5年ほどで劣化するので、定期的に取り換えるとよいらしい。
