Everyone knows there's certain things on Amazon that you buy, and when you go to return it, you get a msg saying "there's no need to return this item"Well, being as this is a Hygine product, I figured this would be one of those things.It's not.Disgusting.I canceled my return request because of it BTW.I was returning it though because the things fricken HUGE. I uploaded a picture of it next to my nail polish remover for comparison.Since I canceled my return, I figured I'd try it out.As seen in the picture, there's already water stuck in it that you can't get out. I just got it today, 8/15/23, and only used it today.And, excuse me...exfoliate? Yea, if you want to scrub the skin off your body. This brush is entirely too rough. I may have well have used my hairbrush on my face in the shower.It's in the trash.Don't buy this product. You don't know if you're getting someone else's used "goods".Hope this helps.

I used it on my scalp i grown hair area & then sprayed ingrown hair ointment on it & I felt the pain 😢 which is a sign it cleared the way more for the ointment to work into the scalp. Try this product

While this exfoliating brush was rather easy to hold and manipulate, I don't believe it fulfils its purpose all that well. For one, the bristles are tougher than one would imagine a product for sensitive areas. Tacked on to that, it does not really scrub or exfoliate the skin. It's easy to clean, as not much dirt winds up in it anyway; you would clean it as easily as you would any other brush. Luckily, the hardness of the bristles keeps them in position, so unlike other brushes, you wouldn't have the problem of them tangling or fraying over time.To encapsulate:Pros:*Does not fray;*Easy to clean after use;*Easy to hold.Cons:*Too rough on sensitive to coarse skin;*Does not exfoliate or scrub;*Cannot be used on sensitive skin.The shipping process was pain-free, arriving on time without any damage to the product, and the packaging was also standard.
