I love plating my meal in a line instead of always on round plates or the middle of a bowl. I got rid of my old round plates entirely. I only want to use these. It has a small lip that looks artful and keeps things from falling off like stew. It being a matt finish also helps. Plates everything so well. A twisted pile of fettucini, a handful of shrimp scampi, a tossed ceasar salad lined up seperated one two three. Its so beatutiful. A hamburger and fries, steak, fish, sardines and crackers, a small porcelein cup of espresso a small glass of OJ nuts and sliced orange all look like fine dining. Feels special. Colors are vibrant against dark flat black. Sushi is organized and visually pops. I have a set of cutlary that is long thin handled flat black that look so nice on these plates. The silver does as well. The plates are solid and a little heavy. I don't think they'll chip. Easy to eat on the couch or breakfast in bed bundled up in a blanket on a cold snowy day, perfect on a table. The only negative is they barely fit in my microwave and not at all in my countertop oven. I work around it. Holds heat and cold well so chilling or heating with tap water and drying is nice. They're a pleasure to use. I can't wait to have a friend over for a meal.

These are the perfect size for a loose leaf Romaine salad, or an individual platter for some sushi, sashimi, or a whole roll!!! Appetizer would be great served on these as well---something like some bruschetta or carpaccio!!! Great for a get together or party!

Arrived in a timely fashion and in perfect condition. These servers are beautiful and versatile both for food presentation or for a special meal. They are dishwasher safe, a good but not too heavy weight and sturdy. You can use these in so many ways. Highly recommend.

This is my Amazon review for the Set of 4 White Ceramic Serving Platters, 14” X 6”, Rectangle Serving Plates. I absolutely love these platters. They are heavy, good quality, and easy to place in my Emeril air fryer to reheat meals. I ordered these for myself and as a thank you gift for our mail lady. I am totally happy with the quality of this set and highly recommend them. They are well packaged and arrive practically encased in foam, lol. They do a great job protecting these platters. Not what I expected, I guess I did not read the description thoroughly. I was thinking they were a little larger and deeper. My bad. However when I received them, I realized that these would be really fun, not as serving pieces, but as a fun shape plate for simple three part meals in a new way, side by side instead of in a triangular shape on a round plate. Fruit beside eggs then toast, baked potato beside steak, then asparagus, risotto beside chicken then broccoli. The possible combinations are endless, breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Still not quite sure how useful they would be as serving platters, but I am going to serve my roasted garlic baby red potatoes beside medium-rare prime rib then roasted asparagus with mushrooms for dinner tomorrow.

Beautiful matte black ceramic trays with an elegant elongated rectangular shape, which is hard to find. Looks even better in person. I can use them basically anywhere in the house, as serving plates, vanity trays, desk trays, hallway trays. Very well packaged yet easy to open.

If you did not read the description the way i didn't, you will be shocked with the size as the product as way bigger than on the picture. The edges are not the same,its a rectangular plate but if you want to use it as cold cuts and cheese platter it will definitelly not hold the shape as the edges are flat and not as pictured. Although the quality looks ok, its definitely not the same product as advertised.

Muy buena compra, son pesados y robustos, tienen buen tamaño y el color en mate hace que todo resalte más. Me gusta que no se vean perfectamente simétricos, eso los hace un poquito rústico. Totalmente recomendados
