These handles are a direct replacement for the OEM part, no issues with the fit. However, my original passenger side door handle lasted well over 15 years (2001 Ranger). This replacement lasted less than 2 years. I have installed the second of the set, but I just ordered the metal version (different manufacturer) for when this one fails. The metal set is about twice the price of this set, but that is not a lot of money. I think it will be worth it if I avoid the aggravation of repeatedly changing my door handle.

Broke in less than a week

DO NOT BUT! Installed these, was big pain to remove factory rivets, only to have them fail with one month. The part on the inside of the door that connects to the linkage broke off. Hopefully the other side stays intact until I can order a better replacement, or I'll have to smash a window to get in.

Bought both drivers and passenger handles. One broke within a month and the other within 3 months. VERY cheap made! You're better off throwing your money in the trash!

Easy to install. But cheap plastic they didn’t even last two months before they broke.
