Great product
Order came as scheduled. Product is excellent have use many of Anthony’s products. I actually ordered this to help make a gluten free pizza dough, whatever it takes to make a good GF pizza! This organic psyllium husk power work great in the recipe. I would always recommend this product.

A staple in my routine — great quality and value
This is something I always keep stocked in my pantry. I use it daily to support digestion and gut health, and it works wonderfully. It’s finely ground, mixes easily into smoothies or water, and doesn’t have a strong taste. I’ve tried other brands, but I always come back to this one. Great price for a clean, high-quality product.

Works every time to get that colon moving
I take a daily probiotic, but sometimes if I have too much dairy (or not enough veggies), I get a little backed up. I don’t like to take over-the-counter aids as they are filled with a bunch of stuff we don’t need. The active ingredient to get your colon moving is psyllium husk. Why take all the other stuff? I have been using this for six months when I need it and it works like a charm. I typically do 1 to 2 teaspoons mixed with very little water just because it gets gelatinous quite quickly and is a little unsettling on the palate. I shake it in a glass bottle as I have found it’s the quickest way to mix it up. I’m telling you by the next day, second day tops, you will get moving. And it won’t be explosive, it is a normal BM. It has never failed me. Not once.

Not too bad tasting!
I can't say much about functionality yet, I'm only on day 3 and I want to be real about my review. What I can say is it does not taste disgusting, nor as gross as I imagined. Goes down easily. It's say it tastes like mushroom water. I can't drink protein shakes so I'm pleasantly surprised I can drink this!!!

My “System” is Moving Quicker Than Ever!
Does it taste good? No! Does it turn into “gelatin” if you don’t drink it quickly? Yes! So stir it up quickly and chug it. This has changed my life for the better and I can’t go without it. I feel like I’m running on a cleaner, faster “system” and couldn’t be happier
