This makes running so much more easy. There has been no leakage, the color is beautiful and the storage capacity is perfect for a run. The quality is great, it is super supportive and durable.

I ordered the color black and it is very cute. The size is shorter than expected, but it is still very reliable. I can fit a water bottle, my card wallet and phone pretty well and it is still comfortable.

Love this best. Super light weight, comfy and lots of storage for all the things I need for my longer runs. I also tested the vest with a water bottle and it didn’t move or bounce at all. Highly recommend!

This is the first time I’ve tried a hydration vest. I was looking for a way to stay hands free while running. The vest looks and fits great. Love the color. Very adjustable. The mesh pocket in the back is great for extras that don’t need to be within easy reach. Like my gloves after I’m warmed up and want to take them off. A couple of concerns - as other have mentioned, the phone pocket is too small for larger phones. I have an iPhone XR and it does not fit into the zippered pocket. I have put it in the water bottle pocket if I’m running a shorter distance and not carrying water, or in the back if I am carrying water. So it works, but it’s not ideal. Also, I find it very hard to get the water bottle into its pocket when it’s full. It’s so snug that it’s certainly not going anywhere once it’s in, but it’s time consuming to squish it down in there. I’ve not used it for a race yet, so not sure how it will work out to refill on the go. No other reviews mentioned this problem, so perhaps mine is a fluke. I’m overall happy with the vest, but a couple of improvements in pocket sizes would make it totally perfect.

I love the TriWonder hydration pack! For reference, I am a 5’7 medium build female marathon runner.Straps and design. Since I have a curvy build, chest straps on hydration packs are often a nuisance. The TriWonder solves this problem. The chest straps are on a vertical track, so you can easily slide the straps up or down. There are also length adjustable straps located on the sides, under the arm area. During a high humidity 86 degree marathon I was able to adjust all the straps perfectly to prevent chaffing. All the straps have plenty of length to accommodate a range of torso sizes. The color is very flattering too.Pockets. During the marathon I was able to carry pain relief medicine, a gel, a sports bar, several packs of sports beans, small bottle of sunscreen, lip sunscreen, battery pack, and charging cord. And I had room to spare.Material. The fabric is sturdy yet lightweight so it wouldn’t add unnecessary weight. The sewing is solid. I was surprised that the fabric kept my torso cool, or at least didn’t add any heat, unlike my other hydration packs. Also, plenty of reflective strips to keep you safe during those early morning starts.Water capacity. I switched out the bladder and tubing for a 3L from another brand and it worked great. There are guide hooks on the front chest strap to keep the tubing secure while in motion. I love this feature! The bladder that came included with the pack looks fine to me, I just wanted more water for a hot weather marathon. I set it aside to use later during cooler weather.

Pros: light, comfortable, keeps me from getting a rash from my noxgear lights, fits small items like keys, gel packs, gloves, pepper spray and credit cards.Cons: the straps are way too long when fully tightened, does not fit all cell phones especially if you use a case, does not fit larger 14oz+ water bottles (like Nathan exoshot handheld).

This is one of those rare products that feels like it was designed by the people who actually participate in the sport it is intended to be used in. It's got plenty of pockets, lots of doodads to keep things from bouncing around, and multiple ways to fine-tune the fit. It is very easy to carry a lot of water and organize phones, keys, and gels.That said, I noticed a couple of things that could be adjusted a bit:-The tube for the bladder is VERY long. I had problems with it rubbing against my neck and shoulders. I think I can fix this by using a sewing machine to add some velcro to the straps.-The sound of the water bouncing around in the bladder can be annoying especially as you drink more. However, I think this is going to be an issue with any hydration bladder.-The biggest drawback--the whole vest tends to "ride up" a little bit during long runs. I have to choose between this, and tightening the chest straps so much that they become restrictive. I think this might be something to do with me being large-chested, but I'm not sure what the solution is at the moment.All in all though, this is a very good product, and what it offers are enough to balance out its very slight problems.

Long Review.So far I am going to give this vest a 5 star rating. I ordered it with free shipping that was 7-10 business days and got it in 3. I was very happy and impressed by that. It also looked just like the picture. It was very lightweight fabric which is good for the hot KY summers. I have only taken it out on one 4 mile run so far so I will update it again in a few weeks. On my first run I put 1 liter of water in it. It did not bounce which was nice. I did have to cinch up most of the straps pretty far because I am only 5'2 and 130 lbs. If your much smaller then me, I don't know if it would fit very well without bouncing. The taste of plastic in the bladder was VERY strong. But I washed it twice with baking soda and hot water and that seamed to help. Over all, so far its exactly what I wanted and I love it. I'm training for a 30K so hopefully I can updated it after one of my 16-18 mile runs for more detail.Update:I have now been using my vest for a few months. I still don't really have any complaints. It's comfortable, not to hot, the pockets are amazing and it holds plenty of water. It does leak out of the mouth piece a tiny bit if you fill it all the way up, but once you drink it down some that goes away. I ran an 18 mile run yeaterday with it on and was 100% comfortable and happy with it.

Ich nutze den TRIWONDER 5L Trinkrucksack regelmäßig für längere Läufe über 21 km, und er ist äußerst angenehm zu tragen. Der Rucksack ist leicht, sitzt gut am Körper und stört nicht beim Laufen. Die Trinkblase ist besonders praktisch – sie hat eine gute Kapazität, und das Beste: Es gibt keinen unangenehmen Plastikgeschmack beim Trinken. Die Aufteilung der Fächer ist gut durchdacht, es gibt genug Platz für Snacks, Schlüssel und andere kleine Dinge. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann diesen Rucksack jedem Läufer empfehlen!

Lightweight, loads of pockets, seems well made. Best value I've seen with a hydration pack included. Happy so far.
