My special needs dog is obsessed with this bed that we call a teepee. He goes inside of it and also climbs on top of it to crush it, yet always manages to squirm back inside and it regains its shape! It is very sturdy overall but can be compromised if your dog digs at the walls (which mine does). I have bought this teepee in a variety of colors since I have to replace them often due to my dogs incontinence. The bed is fairly easy to wash at home, I have done it many times. This is a staple in my home, I actually have a few spares in my closet because I live in fear they will stop producing them and my pup will be without his favorite teepee!

Initially I bought a different item. It was a super cute fish but the entry was so small. I didn't even try to get my littlest dog into it (she's 6 pounds). That was returned and I decided to try this. It was a little taller and bigger all around. The entry was 2-3x larger than the other one. It's not flimsy although it is soft and can fold up. I haven't tried washing yet. No bad odor. Great quality as fast as I can tell.So did my dog like it?My older dog is quite leggy and is 11 pounds. She's also lost her vision and become quite vocal. She's very protective of her space. I put her in the tent and she took to it immediately. It's on our couch so she can still be with us, have her own personal space when she wants it and not have to worry that anyone is going to bother her. Her grumbling has decreased dramatically when she's inside. She's free to come and go and we're all so happy she's happy.

My Yorkie loves it

I put a regular small bed inside the tent instead of the pillow that came with it. She loves her little cubby hole. Pekingese tend to like cozy places much like cats do. You can tell she is telling her mom to go away because she is happily snoozing in her tent. It is nicely padded and sewn, but the floor is very light weight material. She has gotten into it and scratched at the bottom making it thin in places. Only thing I'd change is making the bottom out of a thicker material. Overall I recommend it.

Ok, so I spent a considerable amount to time researching this type of bed for my little 6 pound yorkie. Many looked cheaply made, and, per the reviews, were less than sturdy. I finally chose this one and hoped for the best. It arrived well packed, with washing instructions included. I thought if anything was going to test the sturdiness of this bed, it would be to wash it………so I did (with my fingers double crossed!!). Well, surprise, it came out looking just as good as it did going in. And my little dog LOVES it!! Highly recommend this top quality product!! 💜💜💜💜💜

The ribbed fabric is super stylish. It's very spacious and soft inside. Well made and luxurious.

Good quality. Unfortunately, my cat is not interested in it.
