Recently we started childminding my little niece, who is almost 4 years old. We have noticed that she struggles to hold conventional scissors in order to make effective cuts. That’s where these scissors shine. They are very easy to use, and the little hands work very easily to slice through paper. They are also a vibrant purple colour. These scissors are great for any age, child or adult, that has a problem with grip and needs some assistance when it comes to cutting paper. They are sharp enough to cut single sheets, and they are also easy to hold. They help with moving them on a paper for cutting at different angles, helpful when cutting out shapes. They came with a protective cover that can be used when storing them. Nice colour, and brilliant idea, that helps kids with practising their scissors skills.

The stretch to use these are too wide for little ones, not to mention how HUGE they are. Silly design.

Für mich, ältere Frau mit relativ kleinen Händen und Gelenkproblemen, eine richtig gute Schere. Ich schaffe es meine elastischen Fingerverbände mit der linken Hand zu schneiden. Mit der rechten Hand kann ich schneiden, ohne den Daumen benutzen zu müssen. Fazit: Für mich genau die Schere, die ich gesucht habe und das noch relativ günstig. Therapiescheren für Erwachsene, sind teuer.

I first bought these scissors a few years ago for my then 2 year old who is left handed and was really struggling to master regular lefty scissors. She’s now 4.5 and still loves using these alongside her regular ones, and this is now the second pair I’ve purchased for my son (3 years) so they don’t fight over them anymore. So easy to master for both left and handed kiddos, and really great quality, can’t recommend them more highly.
