Customer service is non existent
I bought a pair for my husband,The shoes themselves are lovely.. however the pair I bought my husband after he wore them once to dinner, he noticed a tear at the toe. We were hoping for an exchange.But the customer service of the company was shocking, they did not want to exchange them. So we requested a refund.. and still they were not having it. 😡
