Excellent kit to fix my mistakes
Excellent value to replace parts I damaged or broke on the original kit I purchased. Fit exactly as before and easy to replace what I broke. Looks to be good quality and will last as long or longer than original parts. Functions as designed and reduced rear camper sway exceptionally

Anti-sway Works Well...
This CURT 17200 Trailer Anti-Sway Bar Control Kit works well. This is a simple yet effective sway control device. It is essentially a brake pad clamped to a flat bar. The tightness of the clamp can be adjusted by turning the adjustment screw. I have tried several adjustments and can definitely hear it groaning when making slow turns. I guess that means it's working. Installation could be better. Self tapping screws (these are not self drilling) are easily stripped and not what I would consider reliable. I prefer to drill through the frame and use grade 8 bolts, although I haven't done that yet and the included mounting screws have been okay so far (500 +- miles). The little ball joints and presto pins that mount it seem fairly cheesy but have worked sufficiently. It mounts and dismounts easily. This is used on my 26" travel trailer that weighs about 6000 pounds. Tow vehicle is 2011 Chevy Avalanche, so its a pretty soft ride compared with a pickup truck. I towed it a couple times with no sway control and it was indeed quite "wandering". 70 mph on the interstate was fairly tiring and at times stressful. This sway control is a noticeable improvement. Now I can keep up with traffic without as many "oh-crap" moments. I also installed a Curt 8000lb. weight distribution hitch and that works great to level out the vehicle. Highly recommended for Chevy Avalanche and Suburban / Tahoe with coil spring rear suspension. These vehicles ride nice but really sag when trailering anything heavy.

Good Quality and Install
This kit is very nice and works well. Be aware that the ball must be welded to your existing receiver. I tried to find one online with a built in plate, but none of them met my riser requirements for a level pull. It only cost me $25 from a local fabrication shop to get it done.

Weld and ride.
Here is what you need to know about this product. First I suggest that you throw the self tapping bolts in the trash. We installed this anti sway bar on a 2019 Jayco 17RK and a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Being that they roughly weight the same amount it was a matter of the tail wagging the dog. After reading several reviews on the anti sway bar and all the ones where everyone suggested that you through bolt the ball onto the trailer frame I decided that one it is much easier to just weld it onto the trailer and besides I had to weld the stinger onto my trailer ball hitch. Self tapping bolts hit the storage bench and no longer a concern. We had towed the trailer from Montana to Texas without the sway bar and I can tell you that it's a heck of a lot better with the sway bar in place. We have made several five hundred mile trips over the last few weekends visiting different attractions around the state and find that with the sway bar attached and properly adjusted that it is fairly easy to maintain freeway speeds without the dreadful highway hospital side to side sway. Overall I score this as a 4.5 because suggesting that you install it with the included self tapping bolts is ignorance in and of itself. Most people who do not have a welding machine know someone that does. Average time involved for my installation was an hour and a half. A welder will possibly charge up to 150 bucks to weld everything up and that includes doing the structural fitting and repainting the frame and hitch. I do use a teflon coating on the balls, but I refrain from using it on the slide as that is where you are stopping the sway.

Works wonderfully

Does the job.
I have these on a couple of my smaller trailers and they work well. I’m not sure how they would work on a larger heavier trailer. Does the job for an affordable price.

No more wobbling
I bought one and loved the results so much I bought and installed a second one. Use them on a 20ft long enclosed usually 6500lbs when loaded. It's only recommended to have one for that weight but I found two do very well at controlling unwanted wobble on highway.

Excellent product
Must have if your RV or Trailar sway, I have purchased 2 for my RV and it’s a saver, my RV is not swaying up to 100km. I use it in every trip I go to keep safe. I recommend for every RV and Trailer to use at least 1 to ensure safety. Better to have on long RV or Trailers 2

good to install but,
Basic item. But in my case (rise hitch mount), welding for the small ball of the sway bar couldn't be performed, so I bought an expensive bracket also...

Good Helper
Seems to help control the trailer sway quite a bit. Need to crank the tension up very tight tho and remove when backing up to park at the campsite.
