Only just received this, but seems really good quality and sturdy. Fits my Henry. Attached the main, large head. For some reason it seems to work better than my previous one- more suction when the brush is not in use. The bent chrome pipe has the facility to open or close the hole in the pipe to make suction weaker or stronger. A lot of kit for the price. Very good value.

Happy customer! Bought this in May and am reviewing in July as I wanted to see how the product would hold up. Quality wise, the tube, hose and additional attachments matched that of my Hetty. Visually, unless you knew the brand inside out, I don’t think you can tell the difference. All the parts seem strong and sturdy. For information purposes, the original Hetty floor head has wheels and the replacement does not. I think the original one “glides” more efficiently but it is not enough of a difference in my opinion to deduct stars. I believe the original bristles on the dusting brush are softer and possibly better quality however, I lost mine so just having one again was a win for me and performs how I would expect an attachment like that to. Functionality wise, it does what it’s supposed to. The combination of the tube and hose are actually longer than my original so depending on where I plug the hoover in, I can do the stairs and landing no problem without having to unplug the hoover downstairs. It was easy to put together and I have had no issues with the hose coming away from the tube or hoover itself. As a pet owner, having the various attachments is great as there seems to be no end to “shedding season”! Detaching the tube from the hose or floor head is simply a case of pulling them away from each other, something I couldn’t do with the original floor head hence this purchase. The attachments can be put on the hose or the tube which I find great for high dusting, doing around the skirting boards or under the sofa. Overall, I think it’s a great product that is reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend or repurchase!

This replacement cable was exactly what I needed for my Henry vacuum. The quality of the cable and plug is excellent—sturdy, durable, and long enough to give plenty of reach. The connection was slightly different from the original, but with a quick adjustment it fit and worked without any issues. Once installed, the vacuum was back to working like new, saving me the cost of a replacement machine. For the price and quality, this is a brilliant buy. If you’re handy with small fixes, it’s an easy solution that gets the job done. Highly recommend!

Perfect cable and easy to fit, the old cable had been well used and was breaking up internally, could have cost a new vacuum cleaner but after fitting this new cable with the fitted plug, all is good again.

Bought these to replace my lost henry kit. The main head does not suck up as well as the original but is satisfactory. All the parts fit together well and if you still have some of the original parts they are compatible. Generally a good replacement kit.

Ok for spares but not the same quality as the original parts. Metal looks like it could bend easily if stood on. But they do the job intended and plenty of attachments included.

absolute garbage, don't waste your money. It allows dust to leak into the vacuum, doesn't fit correctly to the hose attachment- just slips off.
