Good quality and great for exercising. The color is as shown in picture. Comes with a device to adjust air (easy to use). Retains air and has good texture to the touch.

It's a 9 inch exercise ball and it doesn't cost very much.
The product seems OK. I've only used it for a few days and it already needs more air. The instructions are ridiculous. I did figure out how to "blow up" the ball. It isn't intuitive that you need to do that. So take the straw, insert it into the opening and blow. The next challenge is getting the plug in place without losing air. Good luck with that. It is a 9 inch exercise ball. Doesn't smell gross. I have been able to use it for my PT exercises.

Great for pelvic and inner thigh exercises. The quality is well manufactured. I would purchase again.

I use this for shoulder mobility exercises and it has held up well. It slowly loses air, but that is to be expected.

Love this. My insurance refuses to pay for physical therapy. I have scoliosis, stenosis and spondylosis and needed something to strengthen my core. This is perfect and the instructions are very clear.

No pump. Arrives deflated.
Instructions are terrible. It arrived deflated and there is no pump included. It does not say that you have to blow it up with your mouth. I cannot do this due to an ear problem. I am going to contact the seller.
