Great. Going to buy another one and probably another after that!
This is a great backpack. It looks good and professional. I don't feel like I look like a child carrying my stuff into work. I bought the green one, and I really like that it is just a little different than the traditional black or blue that usually signals professional attire, but I'm going to probably buy the blue or black one as well for more formal meetings. As far as functionality goes, it is great. The top opening bag is wonderful and you can pack so much stuff it is really amazing. It is also so nice to have side pockets in the main compartment which a lot of backpacks don't offer and you suffer without a way to organize. I know what people are saying about the pack falling over from the weight in front pockets, but I really like the many pockets on the front, again, to help with organize. I also like the look of this backpacks front pockets. Some similar backpacks have boxy looking fronts or are wasting space by only having a lower pocket. I just lay the backpack in a kind of reclining position when I sit it down and it balances pretty well. I really feel like when I'm wearing it the load is balanced well and it is snug, but very comfortable on my back. I have disc problems in my neck and my shoulder can act up. It has been "triggered" by some other backpacks that I have tried usually because they are slouchy and the load hangs and pulls. This pack has good structure that prevents that and I find it very comfortable. I'm a 55 year old 5'3" female. If I could say one sort of a hoped improvement, it would only be that I would be very willing to pay 50, 60, or even 80 bucks for the same design that had a bit better quality. Not that the quality is really lacking especially for the price - honestly this is a steal, but I have had one snap break and would pay more for a pack that has better quality. However, I can't say that I am not pleased in any way. This is a great backpack. I'm going to show my daughter when she comes home from college and encourage her to get one. Thanks for making a great product!

Absolute best travel backpack.
Best travel bag ever! It’s seriously holds a lot! I am able to use this and a small carryon roll bag for all of my trips. The way it opens from the top makes it so easy to pack and find things later an there are tons of storage compartments AND I love the strap in the back that allows you to slide it over the handle of your roller bag. I just bought one for my 22 yr old son, who travels a lot, he loves it too. Btw I have traveled all over the world at least 20 trips with this thing and it still looks brand new.. I got the dark grey.

Perfect for under-the-seat carry-on
This was just right for my under-the-seat carry-on. I have traveled all over for years and gone through many different styles of bag. This back pack has many pockets, each different and useful. It's very lightweight, comfortable and well made. Best part was how it sits upright due to the square bottom, and remains open when needed. Fits easily under the seat.

Great backpack so far
So far, this backpack is great. It has a ton of room, well thought out pockets, and plenty of pockets, and it seems sturdy. I especially like that the top opens really wide, which makes it easy to load and unload. There's a metal frame around the zipper that, when you open the top, helps it stay open and keeps the shape nicely. To give you an idea of what fits in it, at the moment, it has my 15.6" Dell laptop, a 10" tablet, two textbooks, a library book, a bag of charging cables, my big over-the-ear headphones, and my large clamshell bard eyeglasses case--and that's just in the main pocket, with room to spare. There's probably enough space in the main compartment that I could roll up a light sweater and throw it in there without a problem. My other pockets have my keys, wallet, phone, makeup, pens, markers, white-out, a water bottle, my travel coffee mug, snacks, and some other things. And there's still scads of room to spare. Also, it hits my back in just the right spot, so I can carry all this without it hurting my back at all. This backpack definitely looks a little more adult than some other backpacks, and I've gotten several compliments already. Time will tell on how well it holds up, but so far, I'm really liking it as my daily carry for grad school.

Sturdy bag, unbeatable price!!
I bought this bag because I couldn't get the Portland Gear backpack I wanted. It just arrived and when the top snapped open just like the PG bag does, I was thrilled with it already!!! This bag is of excellent quality, sturdy canvas fabric on the outside, with a softer fabric liner. Mesh pockets also. Wide elastic strip for two pens. Charging port with pocket for power pak, Bottle pockets on either side. Solid zippers. The bag is compact, yet roomy. Deep central packing area. Laptop compartment perfect size, even room for a full size appointment book and 2-3 magazines or full size journals, to tuck in next to it. This is a sturdy bag with so many useful features. Thoughtful design. Excellent value. Did I say I'm impressed?😆😀💯❤️👍. I'm going to order a 2nd one for myself, and a couple more for gifts, because the price is so right!!! Very satisfied!!!

Perfect for Traveling
I was excited to use this bag on a recent short trip. My need for this type of bag was that I wanted a personal item size bag that I could easily carry but that could also fit over a roller suitcase handle. My previous small duffel was great, but carrying it on my should was painful when doing long terminal walks. This bag solves the issue because it is also a backpack. I packed a 15" computer and a 10" tablet along with toiletries, clothing and electronic accessories. The internal padded laptop pocket cradled my 15" laptop and the internal pocket on the other side housed my tablet. Once those items were packed, there was plenty of room inside to pack the other items. The external zipper pockets are easily accessible and I was able to sort those items I need to grab quickly. I did find that my cough drop bag slipped down in the front packet so that they "hid" under the fold of the bag. The 2 side pockets held a collapsible cup and a purchased soda bottle The soda bottle fit into the side pocket but didn't fit perfectly and ultimately I lost the bottle either when I took the back out from under my seat or when I was running through the airport terminal. The fully loaded bag fits nicely under a passenger seat, even the smaller aisle seat. The blue-gray color is mostly gray. The stitching is good and the bag seems to be well made. The zippers glide easily. Used as a backpack, the bag carries like a stiffer backpack, and used as a secondary bag over a roller bag, this bag fits well and doesn't budge. The top hinges open like a doctor's medical bag and it is easy to see the contents inside.

The goldilocks of backpacks
I've used this basically every day for work and for all air travel since July 2019. I love this thing. It's durable, extremely functional, comfortable to wear, and looks sleek. The only minor downside is that it is not the most lightweight, and if I pack it full of really heavy things, my shoulders get tired - but that's most backpacks unless you pay >$100 for an ugly backpacking pack. At just $36, this pack is phenomenal. Details: - CAPACITY & SIZE: Absolutely perfect. Can easily accommodate 2+ laptops (e.g. 16" Macbook Pro and thick 14" gaming laptop) and even a large tablet since the padding for the tech pocket is adjustable. I can also fit 1-2 days of clothes, small toiletry bag, Bose headphones, laptop chargers and other charging cords, a 24oz Owalla and umbrella + sunglasses in the side pockets, and small misc. things like chapstick, pack of tissues, snacks... The main limiting factor for me is usually the weight, not the volume, since it can get really heavy with the macbook pro. - POCKETS: also perfect. Not too many, not too few, and all just the right size, with the right number of sub-compartments / organizers. This is very thoughtfully designed. - AESTHETICS: Grey looks sleek and professional enough to be used as a work backpack. Other color options look nice too! - COMFORT & FIT: fairly comfortable straps for regular use; never dug into my shoulders. Also doesn't look oversized on a 5'1" petite person like me. But it starts feeling heavy on my shoulders after awhile if I put my 16" Macbook Pro brick, my filled plastic 24oz water bottle, and my heavy lunchbox (with glass tupperware) in it. I'd estimate it to amount to 10 lbs or so. - DURABILITY: excellent. No issues with zippers or straps fraying. The only thing that's starting to show wear now after 6 years is the interior fabric liner where I put my laptops, but it's functionally still fine. - OTHER FEATURES: The luggage strap is a lifesaver for airport travel due to weight constraints. Headphone jack / way to feed a cord out of a pocket for charging your phone, if you need it. Two elastic holders for holding pens or pencils. And one of the interior pockets also has a strap to secure your keys. Water resistance is nice, but see possible downsides below. - SECURITY BONUS: This is not an anti-theft backpack, but since the main compartment zips at the at the top (with a curve on the sides), it's difficult to open while wearing it. You can also clip the two smaller handles together at the top. I doubt many could steal your stuff in the main compartment. The other pockets are easier to open, especially the flap, so just don't put any valuables in them. Possible downsides: - If you need a bag larger than 30L, this may not work for you due to the way the main compartment zips at the top. It slightly limits the vertical space you can stuff into it vs conventional style backpacks. - Interior may get wet since the zippers are at the top and are uncovered. I would use an umbrella in rain if you want to protect electronics.

Perfect gym bag for me
I love, love, love this bag! Perfect for the gym-fits a change of clothes, sneakers, gloves, towel, water bottle. I love how the top opens up wide but the bag stays upright, which makes it easy to pack up and unpack.
