Very good and strong adhesion. I used it for motorsports purposes. Cleaned my aluminum surface very well and dried before sticking on. provided some padding, comfort and function. Easy to cut to cutom shapes and peel and use.

I cut this into 1.5” strips and applied to a freshly painted metal surface in the bed of a small utility vehicle. Been using it a while and washed it a few times- still firmly attached and foam is looking as solid as they day it arrived. Maybe 4 months so far, predicting a long life.

Good product works well for sound deadner

So I'm installing this high-powered sound system on my Harley.. and I'm talking the kind of power that will blow up the skirts on the females of the opposite sex that get near this thing.. anyways I was looking for some sound dampening material to install on the inner part of my fairing.. I didn't like what was already out there and pre-cut the coverage wasn't good so I started looking into this stuff.. I read some reviews saying that the adhesive wasn't very good on this stuff but I thought I'd take a chance because it was cheap enough and I'm glad I did.. after receiving it I cut off a small piece and checked the adhesive and it really wasn't the greatest but since I already purchased it I thought at worst case I could use some spray adhesive to help it adhere that I already had on hand.. so I proceeded to thoroughly clean my interfering with some alcohol.. cut out the patterns I needed on some Thin cardboard first then cut out the foam and installed it and let me tell you this stuff is great.. it's stuck way way better than expected and I'm sure I'll never have an issue with it.. I would definitely buy it again and would highly recommend it for this application.. the picture I posted reflects the amount of coverage I got from one roll.. and by the way this is the quarter inch foam I installed..

This padding is excellent in quality and the adhesive backing is much like contact cement, so dry fit first. easy to cut with scissors.

Second time around for this foam and I love it. Sticks great, wears well and resists my stinky feet. Is easy to work with and cuts quickly and smoothly with good scissors. Will be reordering until my foot is completely heeled.

Great padding for my ladder in my house(loft bed). Didn't stick the best but it’s okay.

Needed some padding on my lower dash to protect my shins from being rapped. Works great so far. Dark color makes it almost disappear from sight on my install. Easy to cut and apply. Have a concern about peeling off over time from heat build up on hot days degrading adhesive and sponge foam surface wear. Adds a little insulating and sound deadening properties. Will definitely use left over material for future projects.
