Great notebook with all the information needed for documentation
This notepad is perfect for any EMT or paramedic. It is so easy and simple to write everything I need! Has spots for patient demographics, vital signs, SAMPLE history, and space on the back for anything else I want to write. It's small enough to fit into any pocket, holds up well, and includes some handy reference charts on the inside covers too! Fast shipping. Arrived quickly. Will be ordering more in the future. Highly recommend!!

Set of 3 notepads
There are nice, but I find them a bit too high price. I am a graphic designer and that is why I got them. I never see a paramedic's note pad and I want to see the contents etc. I will donate them since I won't use them. As nice as they may look I feel they should lower the price. This will make an excellent gift for a nurse-to-be or RNA that takes care of elder and disabled people or a medical assistant and especially for ER personnel and Paramedics. I guess anyone in the medical area can benefit from it. Easy to carry in your pocket because is small enough. I really think $15.00 will be a more reasonable price for these pads. Because it only comes in a set of 3. By the way, thank you to all those that work so hard to save people's lives every day because those are the other heroes that don't wear capes but wear uniforms ♥ The quality of the covers is great because can stand heavy wear. And also the quality of the paper is good. The typeface has a good size and is readable, very good, clear printing job. Easy to write patient information, medication, allergies, pulse, temperature, etc.

Great for a CERT triage bag as well as for EMTs
This are nice quick notebooks to track the condition of medical patients. Each page has spaces for patient information, vitals, medications, allergies, and medical history. The back of each page is just lined paper for any additional notes. There are reference charts inside the front and back covers. The chart in the back cover is a mass casualty triage chart. This is helpful for CERT team members as well as other first responders in the event of a disaster. The paper is regular weight normal paper that can be torn from the book when the patient is transferred to other medical providers or can stay in the book for a record of those who have been treated.

Perfect addon to my med kit.
I am a first responder and have a good kit. I have had to use it a few times. Mostly it has been to treat only one victim for minor injuries, but there have been a couple times where I have had two victims with more severe injuries. These notepads will be very useful if I am in the multiple victim situation again, by recording stats and keeping them organized by victim to relay the information to firefighters or EMS. I also like the triage chart for quick assessment in the back of the notepad. The future event will be stressful and can be hard to remember the procedure for classifying treatment level. It will help to have a field reference for that situation. The notepads themselves are quite sturdy and should hold up well for several months.

Helpful in getting or remembering to gather all the info. Wish there was a Canadian version (a place to put healthcard info) but that is my only critique.

The page layout is not aligned with protocols being used in my jurisdiction. But I needed a notebook urgently. This will be sufficient to let me make notes but it is not structured like our reports and protocols.
