Funktioniert wie bei allen Silikon-Formen
Die Formen funktionieren wie erwartet. Ich habe herausgefunden, dass die richtige Teigmenge ca. 80 - 90 g ist. Den Teig einfach in die Formen legen und leicht andrücken. Dann abdecken und gehen lassen, bis der Teig den oberen Formenrand fast erreicht hat. 15 - 20 Minuten bei 180 - 200 Grad machen daraus perfekte Hotdog-Brötchen. Die Formen haben genau die richtige Größe dafür. Wer größere Brote oder Baguettes backen will, braucht größere Formen. Wie bei allen Backformen sollten die Brote sofort nach dem Backen aus der Form genommen werden.
