Book was received as advertised. Need for a class. Good information to get you started in nutrition.

Little did I know when I bought this that there is a 2nd edition and this 1st edition cost the same. It is also very very basic information - you could probably google what you need to know. Save your $$ or get a used one.

The book shows shelf wear on outside, but pages are as brand new on the inside. You should buy it.
