Right, for those people not aware. This NAD* is the best. Normally you can’t take direct NAD+ as it is poorly absorbed by the body. But because of this liposomal method it can be. Normally you would take a precursor such as NMN to stimulate NAD+This is the real deal (not been paid to say this) one test on liposomal is to put a tablet in a glass of water. You should see globules of circles that haven’t been able to be absorbed by the water.There are fakes out there and check your manufacturers website etc

NMN works better than NAD
Didn't work very well on my body, and I couldn't sleep well from this supplement, I've been trying NMN and I have to say that is working better than NAD.
