Amazon Basics 52-Inch Ceiling Fan - Includes Three Candelabra Base LED Light Bulbs Kit, Five Reversible Blades, Oil-Rubbed Bronze Finish

I got this fan from the warehouse for $70. It was described as being in good condition but would not be in its original packaging. PROS - Everything was new just not in its original box. Instructions were included. It works great. Definitely worth the price. CONS - There were a few dents in the main fan housing and one of the lamp holder assemblies was “ out of round “ a bit. The dents were on the top of the unit and the lamp assembly was easily corrected. Other reviewers mentioned there is a lot of disassembly involved to install the fan then you have to reassemble it. This was the case but all in all not a big deal for me. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.

We had installed a 42 inch Hunter fan about 4 months ago that was a complete disappointment. It was noisy and hardly blew any air so I ordered this fan to replace it. To be honest I wasn't expecting much. As you can see in the picture the dark side of one of the blades was badly scratched so we had no choice but to put the light side out, which is what my husband wanted anyway, so it was no big deal. We also used clear shades on the lights instead of the white ones that come with it. It puts out ALOT of air and the motor is quiet. We are so happy we went with this fan. I'm ordering another one in the oiled bronze for the breakfast area. Hopefully the blades will come undamaged. It looks nice and works great.

I love it. It was easy to hang and assemble. Looks great and hugs the vaulted ceiling perfect. Lights are bright. Thank you!

Great fan, Very poor and wrong instructions. Thank goodness that I have installed many ceiling fans. If I had not, I would still be trying to install this fan. Example: In step # 8 it says to hang the fan from the ceiling mount. This is impossible because the instructions have not yet installed the top ball onto the shaft that holds the fan to the ceiling mounting bracket. This omission and other confusing instructions should be rewritten before someone gets hurt.

It's quiet and beautiful in our living room. We also purchased the fan pulls on Amazon.com and we are happy we did. The only issue was assembly. It took two of us to put all the pieces together. Great bonding time for us. Lol.

Easy to assemble and install. Very nice product for the price; adds style and comfort to a room. Highly recommend.

First off, the light bulb that it came with went out literally the second day of installation. I’ll start there. In addition to that, even on its HIGHEST setting this weak a** fan couldn’t even fan a piece of paper off my desk. I guess you get what you pay for. Idk what any of these “good” reviews are talking about this fan freaking sucks. I kept turning the fan off pulling on the string trying to make the speed go faster when it hit me that that was the highest setting. I’m like wth?
