This device works really well for my car repair or checking under my car. First thing about this is that it is well packaged to protect the mirror from being cracked or broken. I was actually surprised it came with a carrying bag. The bag is great for storing this mirror and handle safely. It holds the mirror in place really well without needing to worry about the handles hitting or falling on the mirror. Each piece is held by an elastic band. The bag is prone to sun damage so it is not something I would leave in direct sunlight for long periods of time. The mirror itself is really nice. It gives you a clear image underneath although mine does not have any LED light. This means that I have to still have some kind of lightning pointing under this. The device does require a little bit of an assembly every time if you plan to use the storage bag but it does not take a lot of time to do so. The pole is pretty sturdy and supports the weight of the mirror at odd angles. It does not fall of or bend which is good. The handle grip is nice and easy to grip. I do not have to worry about it slipping out of my hands. I usually love to have this to see if there are any scraps or where to put my car jack to raise my car. I do not longer have to lay down and go under my car to see it. The pole is a bit easy to scratch and paint to come off but that is okay. The angle of the mirror is great for seeing under my car without leaning. Overall this is a great device to have. It is a very sturdy device that can support the weight of the mirror. The carrying case was a nice surprise and works well for storage and transporting. The mirror is easy to clean and gives a clear picture of under the car. There is also a piece on the bottom that prevents the mirror from touching the ground and makes it easier to guide the mirror under the car. The only thing about mine is that it does not come with an LED light so I still have to have some kind of light shining under the car.

this vehicle inspection mirror is great for seeing underneath a car or into a hole in a wall. Any place that would be difficult to get a good visual on as long as it fits. Great for the mechanic or DIY car guy. You can inspect what that strange sound is coming from beneath your car or if your town counsel like potholes you can survey the damage after landing in one. I. These uncertain times of where thievery is common place , if you suspect your catalytic converter may have been illegally removed this item will offer you a good and clear look. Lastly I didn't want to go there but yes this is certainly ideal for security checkpoints and can deter and would be smuggling of bombs, drugs or other nefarious items . The light is most helpful as with most of the inspections preformed with this device it will most likely be dark underneath.

This is a great item to have on hand for inspecting not only under vehicles but anywhere you can't see readily! The mirror comes in a nice, padded zippered case. The mirror itself collapses with a locking three part telescope handle and the large convex mirror folds back on the handle when in the case. The LED light uses 3 AAA batteries (not included) and has a nice adjustable bracket to attach to the handle. This mirror is great for the mechanic or for the homeowner to look in crawl spaces or small attic spaces.

The media could not be loaded.  Ok, even though it was made for more extreme things, I am pretty sure there won't be any bombs under my car but that does not mean I want to drop down and crawl under it every time I hit a big pothole or drag my exhaust coming out of a parking lot where the gutter is too deep. This tool allows that and more without you having to crawl under it until a time and place of your choosing (if at all). So for QUALITY + EASE OF USE + VALUE this is a 5 Star item

Very nice quality and super easy to assemble! Just follow the easy to understand instructions and your all set. Comes with a carrying bag for carefree portability. Has a built in flashlight so you can see things clearly under your car. This has been a god sending in finding several leaks under my fixer upper and is now a permanent part of my automotive tools. And it glides beautifully on it’s attached under carriage wheels. Super good price, highly recommend, this tool!

It's great, you can see really well under your vehicle. We use it to check out under our RV, its easier then getting down on the ground to check something. Now we look with the mirror and only get down if we see something happened. We travel quite a bit, taken our RV to the Gila Cliff, White Sands, Grand Canyon and some of the roads we travel are very rough, so we like to make sure everything is good underneath.
