Premium feel, comfortable, good connectivity, Sonar EQ, quality sound
I was looking for a new headset for gaming and seen this in the top 3. Planing to use it as a traveling headset occasionally I got the nova 7 for the best design. If you see them you will not guess its actually a gaming headset. Premium feel, comfortable, good connectivity, mic could of been a bit better but no complaints, Sonar EQ and all the good stuff. First thing when i received it I noticed max volume was pretty low and found that it's locked in settings, if you unlock that you need to be careful as it's extremely loud at max vol. An expensive headset but after 2 months now I will say it's well worth the price. Good luck!

Good Replacement For Other Headset Designs
Pros:- Good build quality (Been using this for over 1.5 years)- Breathable mesh earcups (Prefer these over fake leatherette that always peels)- Fairly seemless dual connection (Phone via Bluetooth + PC via dongle)- Lighter in weight and not as painful to wear compared to HyperXs or Logitech ProsCons:- Not quite as good sound quality as the Logitech Pro X I had before- Not quite as good mic quality as the Logitech Pro Xs either but more than usable- Steelseries software is too fiddly to be use comfortably (Constant switching of modes etc)- Sometimes will have issues if trying to connect to a PC/Mac via bluetooth without resetting/disconnecting a few timesSo I've had this headset for over a year now and can confidently say that coming from the style of headphones like the HyperX Cloud line or the Logitech Pro series that for me this build of headset is far superior. Both of the other brands I've had one or more parts of the headset break from mechanical stress, guessing it's the combination of metal on plastic parts that makes them break eventually. My other favourite thing about the Artis Nova 7s is that there's NO fraying from fake leather headbands or earcups you get with most other 'gaming headsets' as the headband is made from a cloth material and the earcups are a mesh design. I've had multiple gaming headsets where this is the issue and it drives me insane and means I'll always eventually need to buy new earcups/headbands if the headset itself doesn't break first.I'm also quite rough with my hardware usually and I've fallen asleep multiple times over the past year (long distance relationship) and it's stood the test of time even with me rolling onto my side and pressing on them in my sleep and even dropping them onto the floor a few times. My previous headsets couldn't handle that kind of treatment and would always break eventually, plus the fact that you can somewhat fold the ears cups mean that I've taken them with me in my backpack before to work/uni.This being my first wireless headset I don't think I could go back, the fact that I can both be on a Discord call on my PC and also browse my phone or talk to my partner on my phone at the same time is a big quality of life thing for me. My partner's mentioned to me that my Logitech Pro Xs had slightly better mic quality but wasn't that noticeable, I don't use the Steelseries software anymore after not getting along with it but it may have improved since. And as for the sound quality it was also a bit of a downgrade compared to the Logitech's but after over a year of using them I'm confident in saying that they're more than usable as someone that listens to a wide variety of music and whilst not being on the audiophile level of things these headphones sound more than decent compared to past headsets. You may be able to get 'better' sound if you use the softwares EQ settings too.If you're looking for your first wireless gaming headset and for whatever reason need dual connection then I can definitely recommend this. I did consider the wireless Nova Pros but heard they had more teething issues with sound quality and the build quality seemed a bit more questionable at the time I compared the two. I couldn't for the difference in price justify the Nova Pros either and if this pair breaks then I'd happily buy another Nova 7.

Good headset!
This headset is great. Very comfortable on your head and can wear for hours at a time without it becoming uncomfortable. Easy to set up and connect. Amazing sound quality and mic quality and paired with the steelseries software app, it makes the headset sound even better. Volume is great and never looses connection. Battery life is also great and easily lasts upward of 20 hours. However the price is a little bit steep, I would recommend buying on sale. Overall a great wireless headset that works with both Xbox and PC!

I would avoid at all costsIt's a decent build. But the software is easily the worst I've ever seen.Avoid. Really. Or like me you'll bald early.

Happiest middle ground of all the headphones I tried
I was seeking the perfect headphones to replace my old (very old! Steelseries). I have included other headphones I tried at the bottomI wanted comfort, wireless, good quality and good mic.To summarise, these are quite comfortable, good quality audio, good mic and are EXTREMELY decent wirelessly. No noise or disconnects for me! The dongle itself is very nice. The band to support the ears works well.I love having a mic you can retract. The game / chat wheel is great. I can turn down chat while keeping the game the same!I first tried the Arctis Nova Pro, very expensive. They are worth the price, however for me the active noise cancelling speaker dug into my ear. Very painful. They're probably fine if you have money to burn and normal sized head. Then I tried the Logitech pro X 2. These were basically fine. Removable mic, good quality. Only problem was the speaker sits quite close to the ear, which again is uncomfortable. Then the Razer Blackshark v2 pro.Very good mic, comfortable though I didn't like the foam. Very bad connection for a headset of that price. These headphones beat all of these apart from possibly in the audio quality of the logitech ones and obviously no active noise cancelling.I'd recommend these to anyone.

Value for money, but faulty unit or bad QC
Good "neutral sound", slightly better than arctis 3 an old wired model I replaced with this, and very cheap at 150$ too. 50% price of high precision headphones for professional studio use, like bose. Connectivity had no issues and manual was easy to understand, comfortable like all steelseries headsets. The issue for me was the poor QC which resulted in a faulty unit that has a soft static hissing noise when connected wirelessly. Bearable but not ideal at all. QC testing needs higher standards and more motivation for employees. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.Seteelseries is consistent with the poor QC and short-lasting build standard, I've used 4 products and all lasted around 8 months before replacement. Steelseries products are always comfortable and a good fit though. If you are looking to purchase: I'd recommend a 100$ razer headset or 300$ bose headphones if possible over steelseries's seemingly untested units. As for the software, it is good software forced into adding features of bloatware. Do not install, flat EQ is fine as is.
