I bought this back in '22. After successfully raising a baby I'd say get this thing if you have the room. It's huge so do not set it up until it's in the space that it's going to stay it. You will have to break it down to fit it through a door around corners.However, I loaded it with stuffed animals and put several mats on the bottom. The thin mat that you can get for it is not enough. Put a few inches of padding under and you're golden!My baby used the sides to hang on, and she was walking by 9 months old. She had lots of free space to play and be free, and I felt with her playing. We made it into a ball pit even. The bars bend easily with any adult weight so just be careful. After almost 2 years of wear and tear it was still holding up.

Best part is it’s HUGE! If you’ve got a fussy crawler … I’m 5’7” and can lay down in there … pile blankets and pillows as there’s no padding 🙄 with the baby and semi nap knowing they’re safe from everything including the dogs!Down side … the connectors are so thin and fragile the first one got broke the first day because my dog jumped for a ball wrong and hit the short side … the T connector BROKE and the corner pieces have white/grey stress lines in them where they’re GOING to break.If you lean on the sides at all to reach the baby or stray yourself as you stand (I’m a grandma it’s what we do!) the whole thing bows 🤨 … and I’m not sure what the purpose of the suction cups on the floor pieces are for … but if you put this thing on tile they will stick to BUY PADDING for under it because there is NONE!If baby uses the over the side pull up handles and falls backwards … that’s a trip to the ER looking for a place to happen.Add padding add padding add padding!!The instructions were absolutely useless!!! A dozen pages of the exact same thing 😳🙄I wonder if there’s other books out there with a dozen pages in German, Spanish, and other languages and it was just bound wrong?But the part and piece numbers are wrong too 🤷🏻‍♀️The zipper entrances are kind’a fun … the baby loves when I lay down and pop just my head in!! 😂😂😂I went and purchased replacement PVC plumbing parts 🤷🏻‍♀️ The poles are metal and have decent styrofoam covers … so I’m just disappointed in the cheap connectors and no padding factors …. Otherwise happy with my purchase. Hopefully with this simple and relatively inexpensive replacement of parts it’ll last a good while.May not a glowing review 🤷🏻‍♀️ But an honest Grandma review.

I bought it for my toddler and is so useful when you need to work in home or just do some cleaning. Just put toys in there and he/she will be good. ( it’s pretty big)

Product wasn't very easy to assemble. Pro is that it is very large. Major con-- it is not sturdy at all! My 11 month baby (who pulls up by holding onto it) dislodged the plastic poles very easily and it collapses. 2 days ago he was holding onto the center of zip up area and the pole broke in half!! It had very sharp edges and this could have been very bad had I not taken it out as soon as he broke it. I am now returning for that reason.

The first one we received arrived with bent bars. They sent a replacement and we returned the original one. The replacement came with a broken zipper but we were able to at least leave it closed. While cleaning the playpen out today I unzipped it and it completely fell apart. Cheap materials and cheap construction. There’s gotta be better options out there. Don’t end up with a broken pile of trash like me

At first the manuel confused me but, it was a matter of finding the playpen that was the size I purchased. Putting it together only took 30 minutes. My baby loves it. Now I can cook, clean and even shower without worrying about if my son might get hurt. :)
