A good cognitive supplement.
These were reccommended by a friend and I have been taking them about 3 weeks. I notice improvement in my memory, and I have had no negative side effects.

It works.
Yes, it works but not instantly. The results are very subtle and gradual. At about 3 months, I noticed that I felt more alert. I didn't need as much sleep to feel rested and I slept well. I was much less likely to fall asleep when I sat down or reclined while reading or watching TV. At about that time I started to feel my thinking clear a bit. It wasn't until about 6 months of regular use that I could say that absolutely, it has also improved my focus and clarity of thought. This is just what I needed. I am a customer for life.
