Good product, Good price, Looks great.
Product received without any damage. Although no written instructions provided, the assembly drawings were clear enough to follow. My only suggestion is to label the parts. I had to match each piece to the drawings before I started. I recommend doing the assembly on cardboard to avoid scratches or damage to unit parts. I did the whole assembly alone and only needed my son's help to hang it on wall. Overall, I am happy with the purchase, decent quality, price is right, and it looks great.

Love this brand - easy, secure install too.
Perfect fit. We have a bench in the garage and put this above it for hats and jackets. Installation is so easy. We had one at previous home and bought another one for the new house. Better function than just a shelf or hooks. Cubbies are great size.

great idea, needs improvement to stabilize and for appearance
Like-great capacity, easy to construct, decent price, nice appearance, sturdy ( with proper backing). Dislike-I read the reviews, saw the pictures of broken down items & decided to purchase the coathanger with intentions of making the item more sturdy. When I assembled it, I put wood glue on all connecting fake wood pieces. I let dry an hour & was very impressed, EXTREMELY sturdy! Unfortunately, I feel the reason that one broke off the wall (dangerous & expensive) was the fake wood that is beveled, doesn't have much strength. THAT is why I added a 1/4" thick piece of wood subfloor, glued it to the entire back of the cabinet & put about 40 small brad nails to secure it. I let it dry and hour & then mounted it to 4 wall studs, I also put 2 screws in the bottom, which I feel should allow the extra WOOD and friction from the bottom to be a tremendous bond to the wall. I also saw the screws and knew that they didn't go in nearly enough because fake wood has no strength, it is mush. I went to my local hardware dealer & purchased really long black sheetrock screws that go through the fake wood, my 1/4 inch addition and slightly into the wall. This is one more added bond to the wall. I know that this is overkill, but I didn't want to risk my granddaughter getting hurt when over here, or hurting my cabinet. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase, knowing that fake wood (I knew that beforehand) will scratch easily overtime, but I felt the price was decent enough to put up with this. If the manufacturer of the coatrack would include a small bottle of wood glue (or say it is necessary), include longer screws and 1/4" WOOD backing, I would have given this item a 5, it is very nice (although like others, I have a 1/4" gap in the corner, but can be concealed easily)

Came missing middle shelf!
after a nightmare of delivery with UPS (Amazon, please either pay them or use someone else!), box arriving cut and damaged, we were ready to start our project. ONLY TO FIND THE MIDDLE SHELF INSERT MISSING FROM OUR BOX. We had to halt our plans to finally finish the mudroom. I understand this might sometimes happen, but their customer service hours are very limited & there's no way we trust the hassle (& cost) to try to return and replace. I went to order a replacement part (not really a replacement, since we never got it in the first place) only to find out they'd like to charge us! We decided to build with what we had to see how to install it and how it will look, etc. We'll slip the middle board in IF we ever get one! (Thank God it's summer and we don't need to use it quickly.) I'm extremely disappointed, too, in the way the whole thing lines up. There are gaps between boards and warping. I will say that they way it "locks" onto the wall seems like it will hold pretty well. We'll be reinforcing it with additional screws into the studs on the back board and above the hooks. We will also be "hiding" the ugly back to the shelves (incomplete, doesn't cover whole space & shows two connecting boards). Be sure to reinforce your unit by anchoring it to studs!! *I'll update my review if the seller contacts me and offers to complete my set of parts. **well, it took me a minute, but i did say i'd update- they did send the missing parts & we were able to complete installation. (We now first check every single piece before building anything we buy, one to make sure it's there & two to check for nicks or damage.) We ended up loving this piece!! It's been in use for over 3 years now! I couldn't believe that when i saw the date! It matched well with the bench we purchased separately. It's very sturdy & has proven to be quite durable. It's holding A LOT of winter gear at the moment!! Thank you to the seller for following through. My apologies for taking so long to update this review! But glad i caught it!! Would recommend.... just check your package for parts BEFORE you start building! ;-)

Spectacular and good customer support from manufacturer
Writing this review well over a year after I made my purchase. This product is amazing and beautiful. Do not use the screws they send with to mount to the wall, they’re cheap and strip easily. Get some quality ones from your local hardware store in the same size. I bought one for my room in order to help organize my collection of cardigans and jackets I use most frequently and it absolutely surpassed my wildest dreams. Working retail I have entirely way too many clothes and surpassed the weight limit (I probably had 20 clothing items and books and decorations) and the support bracket that mounts to the wall broke. I loved it so much I ordered a replacement. Obeying the weight limit and removing the books weighing it down I never had a problem. I recently moved and wanted to move this product with me I love it so much. I just can’t remove the mounting bracket due to the screws being stripped upon installation. I did need to use a screw that I had offhand from Lowe’s and that one came out just fine. I wound up not being able to remove the bracket from the wall in the old house, but called the manufacturer and they issued a one time replacement part. Should have done that from the get go instead of ordering a whole new one, but oh well. Gonna look and what other product this manufacturer sells, but gonna provide my own wall mounting screws. 13/10 would buy (did buy) again.

Nice and Heavy Duty
This is a pretty heavy coat rack. It wasn't hard to put together but you'll need help hanging it up! Looks great and seems sturdy as well.

Do not recommend. Kit easily damaged on assembly, lack of options to fix.
I haven't installed it yet, but it is a heavy piece, so I might have difficulty doing that on my own. My main gripe at the moment is the way this doesn't go together easy--causing damage upon assembly. The pegs have to be hammered in, and not just a few gentle taps. One peg came through the bottom of the shelf as I was putting the top shelf in place--and a huge circular chunk of the particle board came off, marring the finish. The hammering (even with a buffer in place) also damaged the shelf supports (the small walls of the cubbies), leaving those edges marred (less than clean, straight lines). And on closer examination, the white finish all over is so thinnly applied in places that the corners/edges of the piece aren't even white--you can see the natural wood at the seams. I haven't yet finished assembly (adding the hooks), but I'm already disgusted with this. I have built many kit pieces of furniture by myself (2 dozen or more, both at home and in the office), with few problems. This piece seems to me to be near impossible to put together without causing damage. And it's a shame--it could have been solved easily by making the holes fit the hardware just a little better. I will reach out to customer service about a replacement (maybe I got a defective one?), or refund. But after wrestling with this one tonight, I'm done for the night. I'm redecorating the whole house, and purchased this for use in a bedroom as a way to organize purses, totes, scarves, accessories--I like the design and size, which suit my space and purposes. I suppose I could paint it, but that's one task I wasn't anticipating--I ordered the white finish to avoid the need to paint. And right now, all I can see are the flaws. Edit: Apparently my options are limited--I can break the piece down, pay additional costs to send it back, and get a replacement (more expense!), or I can try to order replacement parts. But then I'd have to disassemble the piece I have (which I'm sure would only cause more damage to the salvageable pieces). So, I'm stuck with a new piece of furniture with damages that I will have to do my best to repair and paint before I can install it. I'm really not happy with any of these options, and especially that there seems to be no one I can contact directly about even a partial refund, which would go a long way towards calming my frustration. I would rather pay full price for a "perfect" product, but having a damaged one at a reduced cost would be more acceptable than a danaged piece at full price. But Amazon doesn't give that option, apparently, with this piece. I'm sure I'll get passed it, but it is disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this product to others, based on the materials, difficulties with the assembly, and lack of options/response to problems.
