My husband and I found these help heat fatigue. Of course drink plenty of water and electrolytes. But the cell salts act quickly and provide much relief. They’re easy to use just put a number of them in your mouth and let them dissolve. We keep one in the car at all times in the summer one in our lunch pack when taking a hike. I felt dizzy one time at the lake I took a few of these and in minutes I didn’t feel dizzy anymore.

They work well for me for indigestion.

Usually I order directly from the company itself. Better priced, you sign up and they send you discounts and specials. So it's a win/win. Plus there are so many other salts on their website than Amazon offers. I've used almost every cell salt that Hylands has. Every single one ALWAYS does the trick. No matter what I have going on. Whether it be stomach issues. A cold. Pain. You name it, Hylands is the way to go. I've tried Boiron and they just don't seem as effective. They taste better, for sure. They taste like pure sugar. Where as Hylands isn't unpleasant but just doesn't really have much of a taste or flavor. Which is fine with me. I want to get better, not feel like I'm getting candy. I haven't tried Johnsons yet but plan to. I've tried Ollios too and even they can't light a candle to Hylands in my opinion. No, unfortunately I'm not being paid or given free stuff from Hylands. Lol I wish but no. Just an honest review in hopes that it helps others.

I am a repeat buyer for this product. My family use it often. If anyone has a gut ache, our response is, "eight, nine, and ten" meaning take this product along with Cell Salt #8 and Cell Salt #10. The combination works wonders. I like every single product I have bought from Hyland's.
