I have been using this in combination with a oral vitamin supplement with magnesium and Ginko biloba, and he combination seems to be working well. Be patient. Nothing will work in one day....

I figured out wearing a wireless headset all day every day for work I noticed a hum in my right ear. I did some research and am grateful to have found this product. The humming went away within 2 days. Directions are easy; put a few drops on a cotton ball before bed and place in ear. I've been using the drops on a cotton ball while sleeping at night for a few months now and can honestly say the humming is gone. I feel comfortable sleeping at night and now use it 3 times a week for maintenance. Wonderful product, saved me a doctor's visit.

I just placed my third order for this item. It does the trick most of the time for me. I also take supplements for tinnitus. I have noticed that if I clean my ears with cotton swabs in the morning, that my ear ringing returns. I now clean my ears before bed and then use this product. I would suggest this to anyone suffering with tinnitus.

Very thick drops. Less expensive than capsules. I’ve used it about 5-nights now. It may be working. Not 100% sure. I am having periods of silence during the day now. Bliss! So far, so good!
