Used this in a mixture with other essential oils to ward off the mosquitos, gnats, no-see-ums, etc. Trying to experiment with different ingredients to make my own repellent. Using a different mixture with each bottle made. It works fine without using chemicals that are unhealthy for you.

I take glucosamine/chondroitin/ MSM capsules with good results. However, I sometimes get hip pain when I am sleeping on the left side. Adding Frankincense (boswellia) completely resolves the problem. I switched from boswellia capsules as I feel liquid works much better. This tincture from Hawaii Pharm is very good quality.

Don’t know if it helps but be sure to put it in another liquid

I drink this everyday. I add about 25 drops to an 8 oz bottle of water. Have noticed a huge difference in my hair and skin and over all, I feel much better. If added to water, it doesn't have to much taste, can't really notice, but putting under the tongue, it's pretty strong tasting. Would definitely recommend.
