Looking for name “HQX2128” at WLAN on your smartphoneand connect it. 3. Open the phone browser and enter URL: 192.168.88.1, then click “Web_config”. 4. Connect to your home or office 's wifi network, then select the correct number for your time zone and click "Submit". Notice: Remember to forget your home's WIFI and close all browsers of your phone before operating.

When connected to wi-fi will the time update to any local time zone?

Yes, that is correct. Though you will have to manually select the appropriate time zone through an html interface when you connect it to your wi-fi for the first time.
