We bought this fire pit maybe over a month ago , we loved it , the look and worked perfectly , after the 4 time we used it the ignition stopped working , we can light it with a lighter but the ignition button doesn’t work.We contacted the company and make so many questions and sent us a link how to use it ! But never worked ! We feel they didn’t back us up just gave us tools how to use it but didn’t try to fix the problem . We keep using it and we like it but the problem is there !

Firepit was very well packaged but you will have some styrofoam to dispose of. Very nice looking and well finished. The 20 lb propane tank is a tight fit but it can be maneuvered into place. Be careful when you do so because I accidently disconnected one of the wires for the igniter while installing the tank. The flames are pretty tall at the low setting so that's where I will set it when using it. The glass ring is a nice touch. I ended up using fire glass from our old fire pit so I didn't use the lava rock that was included. Overall very pleased with the purchase.

It looks OK and puts out a decent amount of heat, but since heat rises and it is quite tall, most of the heat isn't felt unless you sit real close. If you want a fire pit for heat you should get one that is closer to the ground. It is, however, pretty to look at while burning. I have had trouble starting it too. The starter clicks and I smell gas but it still requires a match to light quickly. I don't think it was worth the price.

Brand new and the pilot doesn't lite the gas, using a lighter already. The valve continues to shut off if I don't hold the button in for at least 5 minutes. It worked a little better once I removed all the stones from around the burner. Unfortunately, I bought it in the winter and didn't open until the next spring. Disappointed

Perfect size for my small area. Customer service was quick to respond and send a needed replacement part.

I received this as a gift for from my brother. It arrived on my porch upside down and dented in box. I just had surgery and was unable to push or pull to get the heater in or out of the box. My brother helped. Were were questioning why the styrofoam came out in very small chips making a huge mess. Well, FedEx during shipping broke the heater through mishandling of the box. My brother put everything back into the box, taped and ready for return. Customer service wanted me to take photos of the box, the item where it was damaged, etc... I told them I can't get it out on my own. I did the best as I could. They replaced the heater within a week, without requiring me to return the damaged one. It's simple to use, I like the flame can stay low and it puts off good heat.

I thought this thing was very well built, especially for the money under $240. Everything worked as it should highly recommend.
