Disappointing.
Better to make your own. I have made my own in the past. Bought this to save time, but was very disappointed. Also, I do not like that the botlle was plastic, rather than glass.

I love caprese salads with farm grown tomatoes. I had been using just balsamic vinegar and olive oil but this product brings a new dimension of taste without having to spend time creating a reduction.
