Also, for those that are complaining about dose and the size of the capsules, this is normal for L-Arginine, not a fault in this product, so stop posting negative reviews because of that. Instead, educate yourself on how L-Arginine works. To get its maximum benefits, such as increased HGH, you have to take a large quantity daily. Some even take 10g a day (and you thought 6g was bad). I take 8g a day. One good thing about Puritan's is that it's a capsule, not a pill, which is harder to swallow and can irritate your esophagus easily (speaking from experience).
