They don’t keep well
Being dehydrated, I expected them to have a long shelf life. After a couple of months, mine got moldy. They were never opened and I live in a very dry climate.

I ordered these for a seafood congee recipe and they are fantastic! I don’t use dried foods usually so I was worried they would taste stale or extra salty or something, but they were so good after reconstituting them. I just let them sit in warm water for a few minutes and then threw them (and the water) into the pot to simmer with the rice. Voila! Great flavor.

Very salty batch
