I’m a bit caffeine sensitive. It leaves me either jittery and greasy when too much, or is too little to feel at all. I’m always looking for a good deal, and experimenting with nootropics and other adaptogens, looking to find a good combo that seems to deliver consistent results. This two-for-one combo, while nothing new as a pair, seem to be pretty effective for lasting fatigue reduction, and helps with brain fogginess. Kaya brand is reputable and makes a consistent product. This won’t change your life, but I use it with a combination of b complex, and a multi mineral everyday to keep up my work performance and I can actually feel it helping. As with many adaptogens, I find it best to cycle a month on and a month off because I seem to “adapt” and not gain as much benefit after consecutive months of use. Give riodiola or longjack a try on the off month of this potent combo. Capsule is a little larger than average but I don’t have any problems taking with a swig of water.

I was a bit skeptical at first. I thought I wouldn't notice anything but maybe after a few weeks I might start to feel some benefits. My grandfather used to take ginkgo and ginseng decades ago and it always kept his memory and quick wit sharp well into his elderly years. Over the last 6 months, my responsibilities at work changed and a lot more was needed of me at all times of day. Once I started taking these it has been easier to remember tasks, be in a better mood, and have better focus. It was what I've been looking for. There were a couple of days that I didn't take it and it took me awhile to realize what was going on. I definitely see the benefits of these and continue looking forward to them.

I needed something to help me with low energy and being scatterbrained. I am happy to say I noticed a real difference after just 4 days. I feel a lot less anxious about helping my daughter who is cyberschooled with her college prep classes, and am able to focus again! Will certainly keep using this. The only reason I did not give 5 star is that there is some taste that isn't the best but I discovered to take this with milk or Gatorade and it goes down without tasting it. Great product overall!

I feel better, she feels better, it's not some miracle rocket fuel but I think it is helping out.

Maybe too soon to do a proper evaluation but it’s easy to swallow, no aftertaste and so far seems to provide some improvement of focus & memory.

I used this product to concentrate better in my job and it worked to keep me focus!

What a great product, I was needing more energy but didn't want it from sugary energy drinks and this worked so well for me. Also, it not being too expensive was a huge plus! Highly recommend.
