Pioneer Smart Controller for Air Conditioners, Wireless Internet Worldwide Access, Program, Control Module

I totally threw away money on the Pioneer remote stick thing, lost it’s network all the time- this thing is awesome, can customize the display, and the many stages of cooling through the day makes our master bedroom so perfectly comfortable at a huge cost savings.Update: my second controller purchase had a power connector issue, so with some email dialogue they ended up sending a replacement unit. I am so very pleased with Pioneer, our three HiSeer systems work fantastic & this controller makes scheduling easiest for reducing our power consumption & improving our comfort. Their customer service was great.

Does what it says. search "cielo" and "android/ios" on youtube for directions for set-up. Works with both Google and Alexa very simply. Took about an hour from opening the box to talking for climate control. Easy recommend.During set-up on the app, it asks for "remote model number". The "Remote" model number is located on the back of battery cover on the handheld remote unit that comes with the mini split in very difficult to read raised letters that are very tiny. Also, just use the closest model number from the drop-down list. Mine was slightly off.Side note: Harmony Hub custom remote set-up works as well.

sometimes it works sometimes it dont, alexa has a hard time with it and the command list isnt published anywhere i ca find. doesnt auto refresh the temperature seen in the room you must change the set temperature and it will refresh the screen.

Not reliable worksite have it set to turn on the mini split and to turn it off at certain times but sometimes it will not turn it off or on when saposed too this is important for me since I’m off grid and has drained my battery’s once allready

You can not use all the features as the remote on my pioneer mini split. But it does make it to where you can easily use your phone to control it.

Great for monitoring guest usage of A/C

Overall unit works well. Sadly it does not have "follow me" built in so you either have to figure out how far off your wall unit will be to the temp you want in the room. Or keep the original remote for follow me function. Would be really great if they eventually can support follow me on this unit. Would make it really great then.

Easy to setup. Easy to use. Works as expected.
