Fun way to repurpose an item
Works well if you follow instructions. I dyed some old plain curtains.

Tangerine - Worked Well for Towels
10-year old cream towels still good but graying, a bit stained. Looked at towels on Amazon, but decided to dye towels and see what I got. I used Tangerine, am happy; did in washing machine (several loads). Steps - PUT FABRIC IN LAST. 1) Put powder in measuring cup, add HOT water, 2) Add hot water in washing machine...fill to the LOWEST level you think will work, for most intensity. 3) Start agitator, 3) Pour Rit powder/water into machine and let mix well 4) Add fabric. It is easy to go from white/cream to any darker shade.

Stained in blotches on polyester material
Definitely not recommended for polyester material.Took a chance to try it on polyester anyway & it darkened the yellow very slightly & stained in some spots. Will have to get a corrector or stain remover & try another attempt of possibly a different color.

Great Product But Wrong For How I Needed It
I brought this dye to dye my wig a certain color but I realized after reading the instructions for the box that I needed synthetic dye to help really get into the pores of my wig! The process was simple enough but I could exactly get my money back since I had used the whole pack (one quantity) to dye my wig before I understood that it would not work on my hair! Still a great product for non at synthetic items that need to be dyed!

Not so good
I bought this to die a rug that I had. It ended up turning it a rose gold color and would not turn the right color no matter how much I tried. It could of been the fabric I was trying to dye but it still didn’t work good.
