I bought this book to help me through the loss of my Son.
I’m only 3 pages in and I already know I’m going to love this book.

ZERO STARS
Just a single page, printed in tiny font, copied sixty times. Don't purchase!

Waste of Money
"The Work" centers around a series of 4 questions. This journal is just page after page of the 4 questions -- and not even the fullest list of questions, or nuanced follow up questions that you get when you read the book. The font is small (about 9 pt) and blurry, like it was printed from an old dot-matrix printer (if you know what that is) -- so it's not even particularly well done at that. The best thing going for it is that it has a pretty cover. If a person wanted a journal in which to do the work, type of the questions in a digital format or on your own sheet of paper and journal away. This book isn't serviceable.

Complete waste.
I would hate to spoil the ending of a book for anybody, but this is not anything but a scam. Every single page has the same three questions on it, that you’re supposed to fill out every day. But all you’re essentially doing is listing things you’re grateful for so grab a four dollar notebook and a pen and write out what you’re grateful for every day.

TINY
Just like others I'd like to start by saying Byron Katie’s BOOK is awesome, this ‘journal’ is not. Journal is not big enough to write answers to the questions, has cheap paper and the cover arrives with inpurifications because it is so thin. Save your money, buy a different journal.

The same question asked on every page
I was anticipating a journal to help work through more than what makes me sad/angry/hurt over & over again on every page.
