Better than my Samsung Watch!
this has been a game changer, I had a fitbit and Samsung prior to this but this is way ahead! Battery lasts about 11 days for me and it is connected to bluetooth; I am home based worker so great to remind me to get moving, drink fluids etc. it is stylish without being clunky. I have a skin reaction to the strap but that is usual for me with this material so I have ordered a leather strap to add to it. Cannot recommend this watch enough!!

Game changer
Great way to stay fit and more conscious of sleep and stress patterns. Highly recommend to anyone looking to become more aware of their bodies and fitness levels. Enjoy the Garmin functionalities focused on fitness first rather than solely phone connectivity and notifications.

Very pleased!
I had been using Garmin for years, a Vivosmart HR, but I moved to Fitbit due to the number of issues with the Garmin Connect App. Fitbit have no challenges at all. I have no moved back to Garmin and am very pleased with the changes they have made to the connect app. The watch I chose - The Garmin Venu sq 2 with music is fantastic. I was was fairly peeved that Amazon Music is not available in my location on this watch. I thought it was, so ended up having to get a premium subscription to Spotify to resolve that. It is worth it though, I can download my playlists to my watch and I don't need to carry my phone with me at the gym. It connects up to my bluetooth ear buds. The display is very clear! I could not read my fitbit without glasses as the type was so small. On the garmin there are many watch faces to choose from.Overall, I am pleased with the purchase!

Good value for money
Accurate step counter. I can swim with the watch though not sure about stroke or lap accuracy. Good and accurate health stats

Happy purchase.
Bought it for the girlfriend. She wears it everyday. Charges it around day 3/4. Battery lasts longer than the Apple Watch I have. Only down side if your bothered is that there’s some things Apple Watch does loads better with iPhone than the Garmin. Having said that. If you wanted the Apple features, but an Apple Watch. No faults with the Garmin.

Worked perfectly for a month then…
EDIT: Contacted Garmin Support. Did little to help other than send me screed after screed of instructions for a 5 WEEK OLD watch that would have taken me hours to complete. Good to know they’re at least consistent - crap support for a crap watch. Now lying on a shelf collecting dust - thanks Garmin!I had a Venu 2s which worked perfectly but I decided that I wanted the music edition so I wouldn’t have to take my phone everywhere with me and, therefore, bought this too. When I first got this everything was great. I was able to sync it to Amazon Music and pair my earphones (3 different types including AirPods). This worked great for 5 weeks until yesterday when it decided to delete Amazon Music from the watch. Now when I sync it to Amazon (that’s if the sync button is available as that also disappears), it is downloading completely random playlists which have nothing to do with my account. And just to add insult to injury, it will no longer pair with any of my earphones.I have tried shutting down the watch and reinstalling the apps but the entire music side of it is now defunct.Of course, the window for returning the item closed a week ago (you only get one month to return it) so I’ve basically just thrown away over £250.If you’re thinking of buying this watch simply due to the music option as I did, please buy something else. Because this is utter garbage.

A very nice watch "But"
My Wife and I are pensioners I purchased this watch for my wife mainly for the heart monitor and sleep function and a few of the exercise functions walking and swimming. I purchased this watch in April 2024 and my Wife really likes it as it does everything that she requires from it however in mid August the watch started "disconnecting from the phone" which means you have to reconnect it this can happen several times a day and it happens nearly every day. Very annoying and frustrating. Trying to find an answer on the internet is hit and miss and nothing seems to work! I don't know if the problem has occurred because of a system update but as much as I like the watch and was thinking of getting one for myself I would not get one at the moment until Garmin resolves the issue. Since writing this review approximately two hours ago my Wife's watch has had to be reconnected to her phone four times. She has now told me that if it disconnects again I can have the watch back. If I get the watch back it will go in a drawer and stay there! I thought that it may have something to do with the connect app, went to Google play store and looked at the connect app reviews and they are not good apparently Garmin keep updating the app and now a lot of people are having problems with there watches disconnecting. As one APP reviewer said "if it ain't broke don't fix it"
