So Far So Good
I was looking for a quality one pice phone (no moving parts to fail)and this seems to fit the bill. I have only been using it a month but the call quality is excellent. The learning curve on its functions is realatively easy and the phone seems to have all the functions I need. I have not used the MP3 feature as this is unimportant to me. If you are looking for a quality phone this is it.

Wrong Fit For Phone
Cover did not fit the Sony w810i phone i ordered it for!

Case blocks ambient light sensor on w810i
I purchased this for a S/E w810i, and it covers the ambient light sensor on the face of the phone, just above the last 'n' in Sony Ericsson. The older model phones, for which this case was designed, don't have a sensor. It causes the phone to remain permanently dim. You'd have to cut a hole in the case to expose it.

What problems?
Had it for a week now. I'm not experiencing the same problems others are reporting with it. I don't have any problems getting to any of the buttons. Maybe they just have stubby fingers? I dunno. Everything works fine for me.
