Ive been in the kitchen for a bit and these are hands down some of the best tongs you can get. Spend the extra few bucks and get these while you can.

Good control, good grip on food. Can use in small places, fast.. Paderno seems to have figured out the plating tong business.

Unlike some customers, I am very happy with the length of these. I prefer shorter sets for more control. However, these bent after applying the smallest amount of pressure right out of the packaging. Not a serious kink in the metal and I was able to bend them back but the action is off forever now. My suggestion would be to buy something with more flex like a JB Prince model. You get what you pay for.
