The support for Linux is ultimately what made me satisfied with this purchase. I was able to easily install the software used for this device and remapped various keys do different layers. Hopefully an similar open source mouse is released so that I can trash this Logitech mouse and get a mouse that has software which actually supports Linux.

This thing looks, feels, and sounds great out of the box. There are plenty of options out there for modding if you so choose, but I think I'll keep mine stock for a while because it honestly doesn't need much in my opinion. Love my Keychrons.Edit: It didn't stay stock for long, I couldn't resist these YMDK PBT Keycaps.

When I opened the box I noticed that all the letter switches and keycaps were loose and out of the socket. The keycaps were very thin, creating a poor quality sound. After closer examination I noticed the plate looked as if it was cut with a razor to fit the case. Which would explain why the switches didn’t stay in the socket. I have purchased Keychron keyboards before so I know they are quality, but this one was a let down. It seems like some purchased the keyboard and switched out parts and returned it. I have requested a replacement. I will update this review upon receiving it.

If you don’t have any requirements for the RGB, it is a good customized keyboard, although the price is twice as much in China. The QMA and VIA offer a convenient way to change the layout but only have a few boring RGB patterns, and you can not change it through the QMA because they won’t offer any original code and files. The only way to do this is to write the whole code on your own. So good luck to you.

Out of the box 5 keys were not working ("Q", "I", "5", "Left Shift", and "Right Shift"). Turns out the pins of those switches were bent.Decent keyboard other than that initial frustration.

Poorly built with lots of switch problems. My "0", "S", and "K" started to double input within a year of purchase. Tried to use Keychron support but they will send you in circles until you give up. STAY AWAY!Can get much better keyboards and support at this price point. Buy this, buy twice!

Perfect for gaming, typing, and aesthetics. The only complaint for some (including me) is the keys are not backlit, but the keycaps are of exceptional quality and make up for it.
