Had some bad staining etc, on front and side teeth, could see when speaking and smiling ,waited for dentist to polish as they said over 18 months and they kept putting it off ,so took risk on this and got rid of most in first go ,second go in about a few days should get rid of the other staining . So should pay for itself in no time ,just dont over do it or get carried away as might damage them ,so 5 -10mins at time ,used tooth paste and tooth powder .

I bought this product for bi-annual whitening and polishing at the end of 2022. I literally had used it 2 times up until now. It worked ok before, as expected I suppose, no real issues, then suddenly the heads stopped being able to actually spin.I've tried switching them out, adjusting the nut which they screw into, and have recently emailed the customer service contact in the manual of the product. It is fully charged, and makes the noises it would normally make (which are VERY loud tbh) and the lights all turn on like normal, the heads just do not spin at all anymore.If it were any other minor issue I wouldn't mind as much, like if the flashlight stopped working I'd think, ok I suppose these things happen; but this is literally the MAIN thing I need this for...and it doesn't do it.And I doubt I'll even get a refund or replacement at this point....even though I've only had 2 uses of this product...

Not as good as i thought

Update to my experience:I found the complaints process very swift and helpful, which is a sign of a company who values their product and their customers just because I had a poor experience could be a one off so I will try again.I used it one single to great effect. When I went to use it a 2nd time it attempts to start beeps and stops I thought it needed to be charged went about that however the result was the same.

Finally found something effective at removing stains. The different heads are great you just need to find the right one for what your looking for. I had coffee stains on three of my teeth I was feeling really self conscious about. No more! Buy this product. I was going to go private but was.looming at around £320. At £40 this has done the job and I can repeat the job at home if needed! Totally worth it!

Very happy with purchase

Easy to change the attachment heads to polish front, back and gaps between teeth. Used about once every 1-2 weeks and was very happy but then it stopped working after just 2 months. It’s fully charged and LED comes on but the polishing head doesn’t spin. A shame as it was good while it lasted…

Well I didn’t use straightaway then charged it fully…….it hardly worked before needing charging again……when it worked it was average….but tbh it was in my cupboard more than being used. I just had on a 24 hr charge and guess what nothing! It’s totally useless and to make matter worse bought my son one for his birthday…..that also won’t hold charge. Yes I’m out of any guarantee but was not happy having just tried using it again. So before it goes in the bin….think twice before buying.
