We were blown away with the power of this little unit. Its smaller, light weight, very well made. The charge lasts a long time on the highest setting. I promise you will be very well finished, more than once, long before this unit runs out of juice. (think of the energizer bunny) Quick recharge considering other rechargeable units we have tried.Its small and light enough to be easily maneuverable to reach just where you need it to be.Do not know how we ever managed without it. Thinking of spoiling ourselves and getting another unit just to satisfy one's imagination. If you are on the fence because of the cost, go for it. It's so worth the money. After all, we only live once and yo can not put a price on happiness.

Used. Non working. Came not in original box. No case. Box from the different model. Broken seal on the screws which means it’s was opening for the repairs. The head has marks from the pliers. Worn of non working speed buttons. The battery not holding the charge. Waste of money.

I was really excited to buy this product, but a couple of days after it arrived, the attachment head fell apart, making it unusable. I came back to Amazon to report the issue and was directed to contact the seller, who also happened to be the manufacturer, letting them know that their product had failed. I was sent a link to purchase a replacement for the failed part for another $25. I know it isn't a big deal to pay another $25 after the cost of the wand itself, but the whole experience just feels like it falls short and I don't really want to keep sinking more money into this situation. I was really bummed out about this one.

The item began to malfunction less than a year into owning it. Which, okay fine, sometimes you get a dud, it happens. But, when we tried to use the warranty on it Doxy told us we had to go through Amazon. Amazon told us we had to go through Doxy. It just kinda revolved like that for a few weeks.Eventually Amazon got into to contact with a 3rd party warranty, lucky duck or something, who told us they would send us a box to ship it back to them to inspect and then hopefully replace it. That was a month ago.When the product worked it was amazing, but it's far too expensive to end up dealing with this situation.

Died after its first charge and refuses to turn on at all The customer service has been awful and slow to attempt to get a refund or replacement.

After a couple months the wand stopped working. It won't charge, there's no indicator light visible when plugged in. I only used it lightly, so can't believe it wore out.I contacted Doxy (the manufacturer) and they said only the Seller (PalmProductsLLC) can fulfill warranty obligations. The Seller said only this web site can help. And guess what, this web site said only the manufacturer can help.So I'm out $200.Don't be tempted to buy this!

Much smaller than expected. Pretty loud and got louder with use. The slowest setting is pretty fast, and there's very little difference between the different speeds. It gets the job done but feels like a waste of $$$. My last doxy buy was excellent, this was disappointing.

Came with the travel lock on, hold the power button and the minus button for three seconds to turn it off, it worked great, then I plugged it in and it will not turn back on, I tried to see if the travel lock was on, but no luck, and because I had threw the black box it came in I can not return it so it is a Piece of junk.

Product is OK, gives good vibration however, very disappointed with the battery life, best I can get is 30 minutes usage that is not even on the max setting. Also takes forever to recharge. Now after only a few uses it has failed. Very disappointed

Hat leider nur ein halbes Jahr gehalten. Ist der Akku hin das scheint mir alles nichts reparabel aufgeschraubt und versucht zu reparieren. Ist mir nicht gelungen hab auch keine Lust ein Gerät zu reparieren was 150 € gekostet hat. Also bitte nicht kaufen
