Paleovalley Grass Fed Beef Organ Complex - Freeze-Dried Beef Liver, Heart, and Kidney Blend, 1 Bottle

Wow, we really love this stuff. My husband and I both take it because we heard organ meat is really good for you. Plus, I'm breastfeeding and my baby needs the iron so I figured this is a great way to get it, plus all the other nutrients from organ meat (which is great for babies, esp 6 months+). It says you can take it with just water, but I always eat at least a little something before and it always digests great. Never gotten indigestion or nausea or anything. It seems to be great quality and clean. Both of us feel more energized. Not drastically, but just good. The capsules are decently large but easy to swallow, I have taken 6 at once. I was taking 6 but decided to drop down to 4/day because I just intuitively felt it was too much as a woman who regularly eats animal protein. I'm about 5'8", 155lbs. My husband is about 200lbs and sticks with 6/day. These are not cheap but you get what you pay for, so we feel these are a good value and will keep buying them. Recommend!

I got them for energy and I got much more! Overall I feel better daily. More relaxed, more energy, and less stressed. Easy to swallow, no bad taste! Have them on subscription now!

So far I like it. The smell of the bottle is a little less than appealing, but organ meat isn’t going to smell like flowers, so you get what you order! I take it with juice every day, so I don’t notice any less than pleasant flavors. Only had it a few days. I feel like my energy is better, but that could be placebo effect.

I've taken other Paleo Valley products and been pleased, this one does not disappoint as well. The benefits from it, I think, vary for each person. I am not getting the weight loss or energy boost from it as I understood it would do, but i figure it is doing something good for me. Time will tell. It has an awful scent...wait...scent? No....no...it is an odor. A terrible odor. I put a couple drops of peppermint essential oil inside the cap so it wouldn't be as bad. That's the only negative thing I have to say about it. The label says the organs were freeze dried and I have read that freeze drying preserves the nutrients much more efficiently so we get the whole benefits from it. I notice some differences, however not like I would, most likely, if I was taking 6 daily as suggested on the label. We are lucky to have this option to getting the organs. I cannot see myself eating the organs for sure!!! I may update if I see a significant change with continuing this supplement. 4 stars due to the odor.

Everyone should be consuming organ meets. They are so good for you!! These were great and easy to take but a little on the pricey side for a college student. It's also a bovine capsule in case you are Kosher

Smells fresh

These are great with no taste but too expensive here in Australia at $84.59 for 168 capsules 28day supply + delivery or pay nearly $10 per month for prime. I don’t know if it is Paleovalley or Amazon but the price has gone up & the contents reduced so not happy buying anymore.
