its.... pretty decent but not perfect.
It's the same as bottled lemon juice in that it is very convenient but it is not fresh and you can taste a small difference. It's not fresh, they reconstituted it and they added preservatives so of course so this will impact taste. That said it is pretty good. I use it for cocktails. It's certainly ok when it is a background note in something like a mai tai when over powered by other ingredients but in something like a daquiri it just doesn't cut it for me. Then it depends on how many you had. But certainly it is difficult to get hold of good limes and squeezing them is a pain so it is useful to have. No regrets in buying at all and I use it. Worth a try.

Reasonable quality
I find myself using lime juice more and more often in cooking. It goes very well with all things beef and you can easily substitute it for lemon juice in most situations. In particular, I use it when making fruit compotes. When I couldn't find any bottled lime juice in Tesco I was told they had discontinued it, and it is often not stocked in all supermarkets, thus I decided to buy these six one litres bottles for extra convenience. The first thing to concede is that bottled lime juice will never replicate fresh limes, complete with their oils and zest but I think it is more than adequate in most cooking applications. I happened to have half a bottle of supermarket lime juice left when the Lazy Lime Juice was delivered, and taking a little sip from each there is not a huge discernible difference in taste, except perhaps that the Lazy Lime Juice has a slightly stronger, sharper taste. The nutritional information from the Lazy Lime Juice bottle is, per 100ml:Energy 118kJ / 28kcalFat <0.5g (of which saturates 0g)Carbohydrate 1g (of which sugars 0.8g)Protein 0.4gSalt <0.01gJust like the supermarket lime juice, the ingredients are lime juice and potassium metabisulphite. There is no water listed on the ingredients on the bottle like in the listing photograph, but this lime juice must almost certainly be from concentrate. Interestingly, not all bottled lime juice is equal, because looking at the supermarket (Asda) lime juice, the nutritional information, per 100ml is:Energy 82kJ / 19kcalFat <0.1g (of which saturates nil)Carbohydrate 0.3g (of which sugars 0.3g)Protein 0.3gSalt traceThe Lazy Lime Juice has a decent amount more calories, fat, carbohydrates and sugars than the supermarket version, which I can only assume is due to either a different ratio of lime juice and the preservative, potassium metabisulphite, or more likely a higher water content in the supermarket version. This would explain the difference in taste between the two. The Lazy Lime Juice had eight and a half months until the best before date when it was delivered, which is fine for me as I use a lot of it. Pretty good overall.

Good value for everyday use.
I lived and worked in tropical dountries for many years and one delight was the refreshing taste of fresh lime juice. My palate tells me that the product is lime juice rather than sour lemon juice. I find it excellent when mixed with syrup and ice and diluted to taste to make a lovely drink fora hot day. It is far more economical than relying in imported fresh limes many of which, in my experience, yield little juice compared with ones fresh off the tree. My solution is to buy a few imported limes and mix the finely grated zest (rind() with the product to give it a more authentic freshly prepared in the tropics flavour. This technique works well for me when making sorbets, key lime pies, souffles as well as drinls. The lack of a fifth star refects the lack of the enhanced taste that only the rind and its oil can give. That said, I find it excellent vslue.

Good product
Good product for dressings, slightly artificial flavour so less good for cocktails.

It just like the fresh lime
Good taste and feels fresh just like the fresh lime. I was sceptical to buy as thinking that it might have been processed a lot. But was so wrong... would definitely recommend. I have finished first order and has re-order again.
